This company installed a new roof on my home, and unfortunately the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. The crew was disrespectful, and communication was difficult as no one on the job spoke English. After the job was completed, the finance department immediately began pressuring me for the final payment. I explained multiple times that there was another insurance check pending, yet only 11 days after completion they threatened to place a lien on my property. When I contacted my insurance company, I learned they had just received the completion photos from the roofing company that same morning--meaning the company had been pressuring and threatening me before the insurance even had the necessary documentation. I called the roofing company asking to speak to a supervisor. To file a complaint about the employee who refused to listen regarding the pending insurance funds and about the inappropriate threats made toward me. I was transferred to "Carry," who identified herself as the Insurance Supervisor. She showed no professionalism or concern and told me they had "every right" to place a lien, despite the fact that insurance payment was still pending. Her attitude and lack of professional conduct were alarming. Based on my experience, this company is far from professional, and I now have serious concerns about the quality of the work performed on my roof.
