With each move, Monika has made the changes and updates seamless. My job requires me to be on the phone a lot, and sometimes at unscheduled times, Monika has been so accommodating and thorough with changes I've made over the years. I first hand have experienced that with Vinsa. For most people, insurance can be an after thought, but it's one of those things that you hope you never need. If and when you need it though, you can go at it alone, or you can have the Avengers on your side which is what it feels like working with these guys. UPDATE: I think people who read and leave reviews should understand that Vinsa is a broker, they help you understand insurance, how it works, what you pay for, and they go to the market to get you the best value for what you need. They are not insurance carriers and don't dictate the price. YOUR personal situation affects that. If you have a bad driving record for example some insurance carriers won't carry you and your premium will be through the roof if they even give you a shot, Vinsa has no control of that.

My bank ended up charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. I finally got in contact with my insurance company directly through one of victors co workers who not only explained why I was being charged this but was called progressive (parent company) for me and made the process much simpler. I've been with Allstate for 16 years, but with my new vehicle, they were charging me way too much. Yasmin referred me to Fernando, and I'm so glad she did. She truly trusts him, and after speaking with him, I can see why. Fernando was exceptional. He was very honest about what I should and shouldn't have on my policy. He also didn't pressure me to pay extra for anything I didn't want. He even helped me understand additional discounts I didn't know I could get. I drive about thousand miles per year so of course they don't believe you when you tell him that so they gave me an estimate of 10,000 miles and I go. What are you talking about? I'm retired. I don't drive that much so basically they gave me an estimate of $1200 per year. I told the guy that's ridiculous way overpriced and left ,horrible service bait and switch if you have any sense at all you won't go to AAA they're a total scam you go online get your estimate. It's all BS the biggest scam. The guy was completely rude so I'll never go to AAA again. I should've known better. I had them years ago. I dropped them about 10 years ago. I don't know why I tried to go back there place its a joke. AAA is overpriced go to an independent insurance company.
