I had been carrying my vehicles to a so called reputable place in Cartersville for years and the prices and service had gotten terrible. Prices high, service low. I carried my wife's vehicle in for an issue with alternator after getting all kinds of different opinions from the so called reputable place. I dropped it off and had my wife bring me back home. I got a call in about 1 hour telling me her vehicle was ready and when they gave me the price, I was more than excited, It was very reasonable! I carried my neighbors truck to them after the so called reputable place kept it for two weeks and said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and why it wouldnt start. WB's Auto repair had it diagnosed and repaired on less than a few hours. Not only has this place earned my business but also my neighbors. If you are having issues with your vehicle I suggest you give this place just one try. You will also be a new customer afterwards! Great job Bob and John! Keep up the good work!

Fair price, good communication, and I felt like he was very knowledgeable. The second experience was much different. First of all, Brett never went over the costs upfront. It's my fault for not asking, but after my experience with Danielle, I figured they would take care of me. They in fact did not. I was charged $120 labor on top of the $50/tire (got it down to 35 after I pointed out he charged me more than Danielle did). Swapping tires on my car cost $365 before the adjustment. I am a teacher and this extra $120 is a tough pill to swallow. In addition to this, I thought they would be very knowledgeable about Teslas. I can't speak for the rest of the sales crew, but Brett was scrambling for answers, although he presented himself very confidently about these vehicles in the beginning. This ended up being false bravado. I had thought I'd found my go to shop for tires and installation, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back after this last experience. Update: I question the sincerity of the response on google. If they really want my feedback, they have my phone number and could've easily called me. I did send an email and will update this review once and if they respond. They never responded as I figured.

Alysia on reception was amazing, professional and courteous she explained the procedure to check my transmission to me. The whole team of mechanics treated my vehicle impeccably and undertook a full car inspection as well as the transmission issue. They diagnosed a few minor vehicle items that would need attention in due course and showed them to me in person and educated me fully. I was so impressed. I did not require any transmission work and they showed my the liquid with minimal metal pieces therein. What a a relief. After the whole inspection was completed I was amazed that there was NO charge. That never happens. We ended up shelling out more than we wished, but when I heard more things were wrong I just stopped them right there, let them get it working (like they were supposed to in the first place) and took it to another TRUSTED mechanic. Come to find out that Ochoa's Shop lied and didn't replace ANY parts. They were very comfortable lying to our face and sending us on our way while taking our hard earned cash. The car was in a worst condition than when we left it. Stay clear of this place, there is a shop up the street that's ran by trusted people. "Reid's Auto Repair" at 244 South Main Street. Ochoa's tried to give Reid's a bad name by saying they conducted bad practices, but the reverse seems to be true. The only reason I put at least 1 star on this review is because google forced me to at least give them 1.
