She did a very thorough job, was very gentle, and was able to get a diagnosis that the doctor we had seen the day before missed and should have caught. Thank you Dr. Morgan!

We were caught off guard, as traumatic, and were given a hasty explanation when it occurred. The follow-up communication was poor and at times argumentative. We switched providers for all our children after this experience and are still dealing with the aftermath. This was not the first negative experience with this practice. We should have switched earlier. Dr Morgan also told us on two occasions "that this has never happened in my career". If I could give this a zero, I would. This is the WORST dental experience my child has ever had…read more The receptionists are rude and uncaring, the dentist barely says anything to the patient and did not do anything to accommodate my child when he was crying and scared. They have the WORST dental assistants that don't know how to work the equipment, they step on equipment chords and don't read the paperwork to learn the patient's needs. This office has an extremely high turnover rate with staff and it shows in the quality of care. I should have known when I got in to the parking lot at 9am and there wasn't one car nor a patient in the waiting room. Our son hates going to the dentist and typically gets nervous. The dentist came in 10 minutes late (which drove up our son's anxiety) even though we arrived early. When our son started crying, they didn't say anything and watched him cry without doing anything to comfort him. There are 2 locations (Acton and Quincy) and the quality of care is significantly down. We have decided to leave this dentist. Do NOT waste your time or energy visiting this dentist with your kids. It's the hardest thing to have a parent watch their child cry while the dental assistant and dentist stare at them with no options for comfort.

I have had the worst experience with them over the years. High turnover with the front deck, the…read moreoffice is never open, they never return my phone calls. Please go anywhere else but here.

Complete disrespect! when I pointed out she would bail out on my daughter saying she wouldn't perform the procedure anymore. hired a lawyer to go against her. DONOT BRING YOUR KID TO HER. they will be traumatized. she charged double for everything. the hospital I now go to has nitrous oxide for $90 but she charged $200 plus. very very very bad service! the staff (Samantha, Christine, Kelly) however are amazing! they know she is rude too but unfortunately can't speak up.
