He preformed a pain free root canal, and crown, and it has held up for the past 3 years. He cares more about his patients than any dentist or doctor I have ever visited. My wife and kids started going to his practice as well. He has a great rapport with kids, and my children love him. My 9 and 7 year old actually look forward going to see him! During my first visit I had my toddler and she was having a fit and one of the hygienist and doctors came out to help soothe her. I thought that was so sweet. During my second visit one of the receptionist charged me without confirming with the hygienist. I had to call her after I left the dentist to confirm again that the procedure was not done. She was also rude over the phone and tried to blame the hygienist when I tried to clarify while I was still at the office. I would give this place 5 stars but one of the receptionist needs to work on her tone when speaking to the patients. Thankfully she is not the first face you see when you enter the building. She is the receptionist at the second entrance. Overall everyone else at this office is genuinely kind and super sweet. I'm glad I found this place for me and my family.

These people only treat you with respect and dignity if there aren't any financial issues and/or you don't owe them any money. God forbid a person should fall on hard times, or there's an insurance issue, then this establishment starts showing who they REALLY are, really fast. And what they are, are a pack of amoral, apathetic, inhumane, reprehensible, insensitive people who ultimately don't and won't care about your dental health problems regardless of how severe it is! Especially this location. They will tell you, you will not be seen regardless of how much pain you're in or the severity of an infection, and when you double check to confirm that was in fact what was actually said the secretary and office manager will gleefully say and I quote "yes!" This franchise especially the owner has made a disturbing 180 from what they stood for years ago, which was always putting the clients and their health first. They used to have top quality wonderful office staff who genuinely cared about each individual. Now that concept is so far removed from what this place has become and the kind of people/ office staff they have working in various locations now, it's nothing more than a distant memory.
