Looked great on the outside, I was dying for a bite to eat when I was passing by so I stopped in. Food was stale.

The teachers gossip with the students, most of the students have a chip on their shoulder, or some sort of superiority complex, even the older students are like this and I'm talking about people in their 30s and 40s... they all act like actual children. Staff who work at the help desk and offices are ALWAYS on breaks eating and talking about BS other than doing their job. They never want to help you even when your asking a simple question they treat you like trash for even asking... Teachers continually hit on people half their own age, and the creepy ass things the staff say and do half the time... The staff don't actually know what the hell their doing half the time when they ARE attempting to do their job, (I say that loosely) because again nobody seems to actually do their job. Had one teacher talk about his Facebook status all class period...not only that I get its a Community college but like why are all the students legit assholes 24/7 about the most petty stuff. The supply store sucks and is too high price, of course some classes give you what you need but most of the time your going to need supplies for class, good luck unless you brought your own your better off buying supplies from an actual store... Please don't go to this college, these were the worst four years of my life, there are way better colleges to go to trust me.

Education is a process through which learners try to make sense of the universe. This constructivist process involves social, ethical, cognitive, symbolic, and physical growth and development. Children construct knowledge by building relationships between people, objects, and events. Staff collaborates to structure an open, caring and stimulating environment. In this environment, children make choices and develop positive dispositions towards active learning through themes, projects, and centers. Staff develops and shares expertise through participation in the Wilkinson Early Childhood Center-Maryville Professional Development School Partnership. The architecture is pretty and the campus includes a nice art museum that's worth a short visit. Writing my 1,000 Yelp review for my alma mater - Washington University in St. Louis! What a crazy…read moremoment having only graduated a few years ago. When I asked my friends how many stars they would give WashU, it ranged everything from 1 star to 5 stars, but many of them noted to me that whatever I gave our school, I needed it be just based off of the experience at the school not what I can personally bring into the experience. Having gone to college here both pre- and post-Covid, I would say that WashU has really changed but I regardless would still give it 5 stars because I couldn't be where I am without this amazing schools. Here's some of the reasons why WashU deserves 5 stars, not necessarily in the order of importance. Also, definitely not an exhaustive list of things that i love about WashU, but just to name a few... - The range of clubs, organization, classes, etc. to take on this campus is honestly wild. You could explore your interest in a very in-depth way and also develop interests that you had no idea about. I've taken some incredibly interesting classes and have joined clubs that I didn't know I had an interest about. - The campus is beautiful! So many amazing places to study and hang out whether that's hammocking in the trees or being tucked in a secret study corner in the DUC. There's always a new place to explore on campus! - I appreciate how there's always something going on, on campus. Every week there's so many talks whether that's from the professors themselves or people that the campus hired from outside and so many activities and festival and performances to enjoy. You really couldn't get bored on campus. - I appreciate the caliber of people I have met at WashU. Not only is everyone extremely smart, but everyone always has some side interest or hobbies that make them incredibly talented people who I would love to be friends with. And everyone is excited and open to share with you what they are passionate about as well! - POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY - This class is actually incredible. The course is about how to become happier, not happy... happier, and it provides a lot of scientific-backed ideas and ways of thinking to go about it. This class, especially if you take it your senior year, is so relevant to the ways we build healthier and happier habits in our lives. I simply couldn't recommend it more. However, there are also many reasons how WashU could improve: - The tuition increases are not ideal. I understand why schools do this to account for inflation, etc., but especially during Covid when everything was online, it felt weird to have a tuition increase for a subpar experience. - The dining food before and after Covid was massively different. For example, Ibbis used to have all you can eat lunch every day of the week but after Covid they decided to have a set menu that barely changes. Also, the quality of the food also dropped while the prices rose dramatically. - I do not appreciate that you don't have the option to be a part-time student if you take less than 8 semesters. Sometimes, especially in your senior year, you just don't have that many classes to take and would like to still be at WashU but not pay $70k to be there. I think there needs to be more flexibility on the definition of being a student. - Like every campus, WashU can be gate-keeping on the types of people who are selected for certain activities. Especially in your freshman year, its hard getting rejected to every club you ever applied to. WashU needs to have a more open door policy especially on the student-run organization level as many of these clubs are run by students who not necessarily have leadership experience or rather had examples of what good leadership could look like. - There could be more robust entrepreneurship culture at WashU. Especially a school with this caliber, entrepreneurship is not as integrated into student life as I would have liked. I think having ideas that corporate isn't the only path to take would be nice to have known earlier on and then it would simultaneously be incorporated through the startup alumni network. I am so grateful to have gone to WashU and I would make the same decision over and over again.

I waited less than 5 minutes after checking in at the front desk. After meeting my manicurist, Jessica, she took me to the handwashing station. It looks like the machines to dry your hands in a public bathroom, but with real, cold, water. Jessica suggested taking off my coat, watch, and rings. When it was finished, she handed me a paper towel to dry off. We then went to her station. The stations are small, but no different than any other salon. She started off with several questions about my expectations for service. We talked about what shape and color I wanted, and she made suggestions based on the shape my nails were in. She then called her instructor over, she made suggestions, and we were able to start. We talked nonstop through the appointment, but she was sure to pause if she had a question about what I wanted. Jessica was gentle and careful. She complimented my choice of color several times. I chose a light color, so it required 3 coats to cover. Once I was finished, she called over the instructor again to approve the service. I was there for several hours, but the time passed quickly, so I didn't notice until I got to my car again. She even took a picture of my nails for her portfolio! I was very pleased with my experience, and I highly recommend Jessica at Grabber!

The dynamic gave the performers the ability to showcase their talents (dance, singing and instrumental) without losing the meaning the stories were telling. Everyone at the Luke and Beaufort, SC Campus is beyond reproach all care about their students. They communicate well and look after their students from day one, all the way to even after graduation. Webster University Main Campus however, and those that don't own up to their accounting mistakes and allow their "Alumni" to damage their credit call for this poor rating. My specific case of accepting poor guidance and lethargic action when the University's accounting department (along with the Department of Veterans' Affairs) made a mistake and caused me to incur negative credit charges as well as an extra $400 service fee, all because the four staffers at the Main Campus in St Louis took 4 months to figure out they were over paid. They admitted they made the mistake, to prove their point, they overnighted me a check for the difference to "make me whole"... They had no interest in paying the late fees incurred by their delayed response. All it would have taken to keep me from writing this review and more to come, would have been to simply apologize and reimburse me the $400 in fees... but your university couldn't bear to even respond to that request, much less write the check. Webster University will get bad press from me at every campus I come across the rest of my military career. It's not the 80pt Credit Score hit, or $400, but mostly the principles of being a school students should trust.
