Business hours say they open at 9:00am. I tried to open the doors at 9:06am to inquire about a…read moremembership but they were locked. As I walked back to my car I asked a member if she knew when they opened. She said 9:00 but when she realized it was after 9 she said "oh I think they just changed it". But everything posted says 9:00. Not sure what's going on there but definitely a horrible first impression. I was really hoping to sign up there, it's right by my house.

I wish they had cardio classes and yoga. I know they help a lot of seniors but I just wish they did…read morebecause there's some things I could train but unfortunately is a lot of other people. I can't afford a person trainer in which I would need for the problems that I have that I would have to have a trainer to do the do it right but there's good people there. I just wish they had a little more. Maybe one of those classes but I guess it's just not meant to be right now. But it sure would be nice. Remember I talked to one of the district managers on the phone and I told him that the arthritis was pretty bad and my back was this messed up and he was nice and he just said oh that's that's hard to manage. I was just looking for an answer or hoping for one like well. It's always the fact that it's never too late, but you have to know how to build the muscles up so you don't hurt yourself worse and the only way to do that is with the trainer and unfortunately they need to work too and I can't afford that. I just wish that when he said that that's hard to manage. That's not what I was going there far or asking about. I go to my doctor to manage that. I don't go to the gym to do that. I would love to have the muscles in my back. Just a little bit more stronger. It's never too late. That's what they say but I was told it's hard to manage so that's kind of why I've never went back in there. They've got awesome trainers but I don't even know if it cost to get a consultation. That's what I was looking for. Also come in. We'll have a consultation but instead I got it's hard to manage so that's why I haven't been back in there. That's just me

As a trainer and per NASM…read morethat line should never be crossed. *He slept with a client while still married to his then-wife. *He was either absent or late routinely to the training sessions while working at the now All-American gym. *He would text the training session routines to another 6 a.m. client to conduct. *Several times he would lie down on the mats and go to sleep while the 6 a.m. clients were working out. *He routinely sought personal counsel from clients involving them in his personal life. *When asked by a paying client of 6 years to stop training the client he was in a relationship with he flatly refused. *He allowed bullying of clients not checking their behavior. *He participated in forcing out clients who called him out on his behavior. Fortunately, this guy is no longer a trainer. He doesn't deserve to be. I would not recommend or trust your fitness journey with this unprofessional clown.
