He lets you know ahead of time if you're going to feel the spot he is going to help you with, and confirms his finding that spot with his telltale "mm-hmm!" He helped me to loosen up and put some real pressure on my knots. I was sore day two and felt incredibly limber the next day. I am impressed with his knowledge of the human body and his ability to right it using his hands (and for hours on end, no less!). I still can't believe the price for the house visit either--he is more than reasonable. Visit two, I can already tell that the knots are smaller and fewer. The experience is a true exhale. I am grateful for his work, service, and company. He's an incredibly kind person and a total pro when it comes to body aches. He incorporates stretching with TRUE deep tissue. He is very methodical in his massage, meaning he's not just massaging your back, or leg, or arm, etc. just to kill time. He is always actively looking to see where the problem areas are, and after he identifies them, he hones in and relieves the stress/tension/inflammation and doesn't move to the next spot until he's satisfied that the knots are gone or at least "broken up." Many of my hour-long massages are JUST of my neck and shoulders, because of the amount of tension I have there. What prompted me to write this review NOW is that he literally saved me yesterday, when I texted him early on Sunday morning, desperate to get a massage later in the day. I somehow managed to get a rib (or two) out of alignment and was in so much pain that it hurt to cough, laugh, sneeze, or even inhale sometimes. He of course was accommodating (as he always is) and helped relieve the tension in my muscles. Then he directed me to his chiropractor (who was excellent by the way - Dr. Terry at The Joint on Holcombe and Buffalo Speedway, but that's a different review) so that I could get my spine realigned. This morning, I woke up and all the pain was gone. I was not a believer of chiropractors before this incident but I am now. I have been going to Will for 8 years now (probably even longer, I can't remember!) and have yet to find anyone better than him. In summary, Will is awesome.

I had been long overdue for a massage (Pre Covid for sure) and had been looking for months for a place with great reviews. I actually found TMM via a Groupon, but I looked at Yelp and Google reviews before I purchased. I did like that I was able to schedule the appointment as soon as I purchased the Groupon, but I guess the offer was so popular that the Groupon scheduler couldn't keep up with the demand. Thankfully, Thaddeus personally called to inform me of the error and the appointment availability. Since I kind of had an ideal time for the appointment, I changed to a different Saturday. I received confirmation of my appointment as well as reminders as the appointment date came closer. Despite receiving a very detailed email about the location, procedures, and protocols in place at TMM, I still ended up arriving 2 minutes after my appointment time because I passed up the address (it does sneak up on you). From TC Jester, you can't really see anything that looks like a building until you pass it up (I am also directionally challenged, so arriving 2 minutes late is pretty good for me)! Honestly, I have always had female therapist (not by preference, just happened that way). I have no objection to a male therapist--it's just new people that I have to adjust to. I respected that Thaddeus discussed with me my preferences for the massage and things I didn't desire. He even emphasized that if anything didn't feel comfortable to inform him. I really appreciated that since it had been so long since I had a massage. I felt no qualms about the massage and rightly so because I felt all tension and stress leave my body after this session. From the warm temperature of table (which Thaddeus checked with me to make sure it was good before he started the session), to the warm oil that meticulously and intentionally eased all the muscles and stress with each stroke of the massage, I was in heaven. I asked for the Swedish versus the deep tissue, so my entire body received the benefits of all that was before mentioned. The music was very calming but not too soft and tranquil that you fall asleep. The icing on the cake--walking out your session with Thaddeus waiting up front to meet you holding a champagne flute of H20 to remind you that water is essential after your massage session. I'm sure I had the biggest smile on my face because gosh--this was a phenomenal massage--one of THE BEST I've ever had. They moved to this building early 2019. I like it much better because of parking and privacy compared to last location. My favorite therapy is Sciatica Massage. He is a compassionate listener and communicator, "in the moment" with you and who listens for more than just the surface issue. During 2020, I began to have moderate foot pain, which continued to increase as the months went by, along with my toes "crossing over", also causing quite a bit of pain. A trip to my PCP resulted in x-rays for a diagnosis of moderate foot and toe arthritis. I saw two board certified orthopedic foot surgeons. Both wanted to do major surgery on both feet. One wanted to shave off the bone spurs from the top of my feet, caused by the arthritis. The other wanted to break my toes and put a pin in them to straighten them out. I was at a point of not being able to walk without pain, very worried about my future mobility. Both doctors told me I would never be able to walk without custom orthotics and I should switch from my aerobic dance exercise program to a stationary bike. And that the surgery was merely an "inconvenience". Having had minor foot surgery in the past, I know foot surgery is drastic and can result in lasting chronic pain, so I scheduled an appointment with Brian, hoping he could at least help me manage my foot pain. I really thought I had waited too long for help. I hadn't seen Brian in a few years, but I immediately knew I was back in a safe and peaceful place. After the first visit, I left feeling better with hope for a future of walking without pain. Beyond the traditional acupuncture treatment and massage therapy, he has educated me on foot/toe stretching and strengthening exercises, salt foot baths, and a lively discussion on the benefits of going barefoot part of the day. My feet were a hot mess, and it took a number of weekly visits along with physical therapy at home on my part, but today I am walking without pain (and yes, barefoot at times). Over the Mother's Day weekend, I was able to play cornhole in the yard and dance in the kitchen. I still have some work to do to straighten my toes, but minor considering where I started. Lastly, the office is family run and you know right away that you will be well taken care of. I want to thank Brian for the care and dedication he has shown me.
