As a former medical sales rep, I saw right through her tactics and sending patients to get another 3-D x-ray is all a referral network for her and the x-ray business to make more $$$. Then they told me that they would not have an appointment for me for over six month because "some of the dentists and staff weren't coming in on a regular basis." I think they didn't want to take me as a patient because my plan is through medicare. They are listed at the site for my plan as taking new patients. But, apparently, this is only true if you can wait a ridiculous amount of time for an appointment.

I was referred here by my dentist to have 4 premolars extracted as a precursor for having braces…read moredone. First, you will need to schedule an appointment for a consultation and pay the fee regarding that, then you will schedule an appointment for the extractions. The front desk staff and Dr. Yang was very friendly and helpful throughout the scheduling and in providing important information about the pre and post oral surgery care. The surgery itself was performed by Dr. Yang, who did an excellent work with the help of his assistant. There was no pain felt throughout the surgery (thank the lord for anesthesia) and Dr. Yang fills you in step by step as he performs so that you know exactly what to expect. The operation lasted about 30-35 mins and I was fortunate that all teeth came out without having to drill. This oral surgery practice does not accept dental insurance, however, if you have dental insurance they will automatically initiate a claim on your behalf to your insurance and the amount reimbursed to you will depend on your insurance; this will include a filed claim for the initial consultation fee as well.
