Less than a week after that the EPC (Electronic Power Control) light came on. The coils went out, the electronic system was destroyed, the coils damage caused serious misfires and engine damage. Spark plugs were bad, car oil was bone dry when I went for my initial oil change after purchase. Cost for repairs exceeded $2,000 dollars. Ducky's owner said his mechanic could not locate these issues and should not have been able to determine that the car was problematic prior to purchase. Owner shared that we should have brought it back to him even though he shred with us on the day of purchase you are buying it "as is." Owner said it's to late to discuss repairs or reimbursement. I thought I was getting a good car at a decent price, however, we discovered we purchased a a grade A lemon. Beware of the owner and his shady tactics. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Although they were fully booked, Chris understood my position in taking my family over a trip with a possible mechanical failure.. He turned to his colleague Joseph Mays who took time from his already busy schedule to test ride with me and help clearly document the issue for replication. Also gave me the guarantee that its not something that I should be bothered about for the trip. They both could have still said "I am busy and plz come back later" but they went over and above their call of duty! 2. I also noted that every single person that I bumped into have spent more than 5 yrs with the same dealer. Now that tells me 2 things. What a great dealer to work for and the other is that everyone is an expert in their respective field. 3. The repair took longer than expected and I was given a loaner for the time and that was also a very nice experience. The lady that walked me through to the loaner and helped me was also very pleasant and genuinely helping (I wish I got her name) I moved from CA to GA in Sep'21 and my experience of buying & servicing cars has been across TX, AR, CA and now GA. I was also told I had a software recall so they offered to do that as well. 5 minutes later I had a manager come out to tell me a technician fried the software. This software part was on back order and I was put in a rental for 6 months. I tried to ask for updates and my calls were ignored specifically by Christian and Zach. I even showed up unannounced in hopes of getting an answer and I was told "Christian was unavailable" . I just got my jeep back yesterday and was also told it was going to be detailed for the inconvenience...it was covered in pollen, clearly hadn't been washed since I dropped it off, and definitely not "detailed". The entire service department acted like it was such an inconvenience for me to pick up my vehicle. There's also a scape near my back left tire that I know for a fact was not there before and I am unable to get it off. This dealership is awful, especially the service department. Only positive experience was the rental department. I will make sure to let people know not to bring any vehicles here or buy from here.
