    Egg plant fries

The food and service overall was good. We ordered the eggplant fries, cheese bread as appetizers and the sweet Asian boneless wings.. The kids ordered a slice of cheese pizza and the adults ordered the crazy Alfredo and the old school lasagna

Takeout from Joey Garlic's in Manchester. Pictured is the fried mozzarella and a burger with fries. The mozzarella was very very good! The burger was perfect. I went with a my go-to combo of onion, tomato, lettuce, american cheese, mayo, and ketchup. Perfection. I never had a take-out burger taste so good and not get soggy on the ride home. The fries were nothing crazy. Staff inside were quick to make the food and picking up was seamless! -------------- I also had a night of indoor seating. Pictured indoors are the garlic parm wings, the meat pie pizza, and the chicken piccata. The wings were very good, a bit more garlic could've done it justice. The pizza was amazing! Good combo and the crust was just crispy enough without being burnt. The chicken piccata, not a fan. It just generally did not taste good. Maybe i am just not used to the flavor but the sauce was just for enjoyable. Service in the restaurant was fast and server would check up on us just enough! I went on a friday night and it was a bit crowded. Wait was maybe 15 minutes at most then my party of two was seated quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere was welcoming with friendly faces to serve us![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Chicken Parm sub Ala Vodka Sauce
    Bill M.

I recently visited Joey Garlic's and was blown away by the huge portions and amazing flavors in every bite. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan sub with Alla Vodka sauce -- absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. I also tried the Crazy Alfredo with fried shrimp, which I think is a total life hack; the crispy shrimp paired perfectly with the creamy Alfredo. Their portions are seriously generous, making it great value for the price. That said, I did come here last week and had a less impressive meal -- the Carbonara was bland, and it seemed like the egg sauce split. The Caesar salad that day was also dry. But today's salad was fresh and flavorful, so I'm thinking maybe it was just an off day before. Given the consistency and portion size, I'm leaning towards a 4-star rating -- great food and value, with just the occasional hiccup. Definitely worth checking out!

    Cheesy Garlic bread

The food and desserts here were really good! If you're doing some shopping over at Bucklands Mall or Evergreen Walk and want to get away from the traffic congestion a little. Joey Garlics is close enough to it but still far enough away. There wasn't a long wait to be seated which also made it more convenient.

Eggplant Parm Grinder. They call that sauce? What is it?, one teaspoon?

Absolutely the WORST Eggplant Parm Grinder I've EVER had. So bad, I threw 1/2 in the garbage. Dry as a bone with hardly any sauce on it (see pics) and the eggplant was undercooked. Terrible. Online order menu doesn't offer an "extra sauce" option and the special instructions section says "this restaurant doesn't accept special instructions". Why not??? Will never order from here again.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Sat in the bar area to have a little more quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Server was great and very attentive, asked for Blue Moon and they didn't have it so she recommended Alagash White. It was a bit too IPA-y for my liking so I asked for the Shipyard Pumpkin Ale and it was a hit! Had a cinnamon sugar rim along with it. Delicious! For food I got a half size meatball sub and boy oh boy did it hit the spot. Huge portion for a half size. Crispy bread without being too tough. 10/10 Would recommend!

Philly Cheese Grinder --no onions or shrooms. Usually it's cheesier than this but still great! (Gotta mix it too)

Not surprised it wins readers choice awards every year ! THE FOOD If you're in the mood for great food and giant portions this is the place to go! There are so many great things to get here. I'm always trying to convince my mans to split meals with me so I can have two great things for dinner! On our most recent trip today: -garlic bread app , first time having it. It was really really good. Loved that it came with side of marinara for dipping. -penne alla vodka (picture is not full portion) , always on point! Not crusty or chunky like some places make. -steak and cheese grinder...I'm from Pennsylvania (*Philly cheesesteak ahem*) and Joey Garlic's makes the best ...scratch that...ONLY good one in the area. -salad with shrimp, friend got it and said it was good. Looked tasty! -burger, partner got it and said it was good. Personally, looked like the least appetizing thing one of us have ever ordered in the many times we've been there. Other tried and true choices: -the YOU GOTTA TRY EM joey garlic's eggplant fries. So happy a friend had us order these my first time here. They're utterly amazing -shrimp scampi, perfect sauce, can't wait to have it again -chicken parm, they know how to do it right! None of that dry chicken w/ barely any sauce...we've got perfect amounts of sauce, cheese, and everything here. THE DRINKS -beers on tap are a nice selection typically -I think I've had a few seasonal cocktails that have been good -I usually get a simple Pinot Grigio. Not the best, not the worst I've had (for $7 a glass, I'm happy) THE ATMOSPHERE -nice big booths -it's almost always busy in there but there is ample space between tables, though I will say it can get a little noisy/distracting with a full house -seating in the bar area (I've been in the booths) can be a little annoying depending on what crowd is at the bar. This visit we went on a Thursday and there was a group of guys basically yell-talking at each other, standing next to the bar with their drinks. It was very obnoxious between the yelling and the profanities and I'm not sure why they chose to sit us there when there were other tables in the main dining room. -it's nice inside but not TOO nice where I feel like I have to dress up more than wearing jeans and a decent top or T-shirt THE SERVICE -never had anything to complain about, always pretty good service -this time in the bar the bartender was serving everyone at the bar plus all folks at surrounding booths and it took us a long time to get her attention (we asked for waters but only our alch came and there were no napkins provided on the table or with our greasy handheld app) *this isn't a complaint, just stating the experience* Overall, I will continue to go to Joey Garlic's when I'm craving some good food. I've never been disappointed in my meals!

Restaurant is nice, very clean, staff was very friendly. We went around 430 on a Monday. Place was pretty empty. Service was good. Kinda slow for being one of 3 in the entire restaurant. Food was delicious. Large pizza was 20 bucks and pastas portion was huge. Garlic bread wasn't worth the 10 bucks. But overall very good, bread was very crispy.

    Goat Cheese Salad
    Abhishek K.

Definitely a place to try out. Was seated quickly, and the service was prompt and polite. We started off with the house salad and goat cheese salad; both were dressed nicely with good portions. Finished off with a Detroit-style hot honey pepperoni pizza. The edges were crispy and the saltiness and savoriness of the pepperoni was well balance with the sweet and heat of the honey. Do yourself a favor and try Detroit style if you haven't already

Very pleased with the experience here. We came during busy dinner time rush and were put on a wait list. The wait wasn't too long and we received a text notification when our table was ready. The food was so good. We ordered wings for an appetizer which came out perfect. Afterwards, we ordered a few pastas and a pizza as well. Usually, we would order more items but the food we did order were such huge portion sizes. It was more than enough for four hungry people and we had plenty of leftovers. This place always hits the spot!

It's a painting, an arts and craft, a bakery, and a coffee shop. Great place for friends to get together and spend quality time, with great refreshment. They make their own bread, Cheddar scallion scones, chocolate chip cookies, sandwiches, and many other items. My favorites are the different coffees and teas. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, both with the food service and the arts. What a gem to have on Main Street.

Opted for the blueberry pancake cold brew, along with a piece of banana bread and an egg sandwich with turkey. Food was delivered outside, and I took my pics. The breakfast sandwich is delightful. Everything is seasoned, punchy, and plentiful. The bread was grilled on a panini griddle, but didn't toast. So there wasn't a lot of contrast in textures. But the egg was fluffy, had a cheese skirt, garlic aoli is strong, and the bread is baked fresh. The cold brew was strong, but the cold foam on top mellowed the coffee out and gave it a nice blueberry and yeasty sip. Very similar to a blueberry pancake which the drink is named for. Good but leaned heavy on the cold foam. Banana bread was a bit gummy. Too much banana and not enough flour nor sugar. Not bad, but the weakest bite of them all. Price was high, at about 24 for the 3 items. The quality is worth the price point, and it's a great but somewhat limited breakfast spot for the area. If you want an avocado toast, breakfast sandwich with actual flavor, and wicked strong coffee, then this place does it well. Baked goods can be a bit random in quality, but the savory fare is great

They had a beautiful Turkish Moroccan Mosaic lamp hanging right at the front. I was surprised they had cocktails and alcoholic beverages available. This is not typical in Middle Eastern restaurants. The prices were very reasonable I had to do a double take that they weren't mocktails. Their menu features plenty of traditional meaty options, some fresh salads and appetizers. I first started with their mojito. This was fresh and minty. A delightful cocktail. Their complimentary bread, was pillowy and fresh. Be careful, it is easy to overdo it with this delicious bread. For an appetizer we got a serving of their Babaganoush. This was an excellent pairing to that bread. This was incredibly tasty, you could taste the the eggplant, the olive oil and the lemon juice, together they created a super dreamy creamy combo. I got their version of a Gyro Quesadilla. This arrived with four very generous portions. It was filled with tender lamb and melted cheese. We got a Greek salad to share. This salad was very generous in its size, it was very fresh and tasty. We concluded with their chocolate cake. There were plenty of other traditional dessert options. This cake was very chocolatey and fresh. The top layer was very dark chocolate to me. We had a very pleasant first time at Pasha.

They all seem to add a bit of class. For my first drink, I'm am having a Cosmopolitan. A Cosmopolitan (or Cosmo) is a popular pink cocktail made with vodka, triple sec (or Cointreau), cranberry juice, and fresh lime juice, typically shaken and served in a martini glass. It's known for its tart, fruity, and slightly sweet flavor profile, often garnished with an orange twist. While served in a martini glass, it's not a true martini as it lacks vermouth. The drink has nice presentation, chilled, garnished and well-balanced. For my first food item, I'm having a Chef's Salad. A chef salad is a hearty American main-course salad with a base of lettuce topped with various ingredients like hard-boiled eggs, one or more meats (such as ham, turkey, or chicken), cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers, often with croutons and a vinaigrette or ranch dressing. I am having vinaigrette for my dressing. Oh yeah! Nice restating! This is good! I see romaine lettuce, olives, eggs, turkey, ham, canned green and red peppers, pepperoni, cheese, picked onions, cucumbers, etc. It's a big portion size for $7! For my next food item, I'm having the (1/2 lb) Mussels. Mussels are a popular, sustainable, and nutritious seafood known for their briny flavor, often served steamed in broth with wine, garlic, and herbs, and paired with crusty bread. They are filter feeders, rich in protein, omega-3s, and vitamin B12, and are farmed responsibly, making them an environmentally friendly choice that improves water quality. These are good you. They are hot. I like the grilled, buttered bread. Make sure to squeeze the lemon on top. This is the "red" inversion (white is an option). These are good! I love this broth! For my next food item, I'm having the Bogner's Chili Cheese Dog. Bogner Quality Meats in Manchester, CT, offers a selection of premium, house-made hot dogs and franks, featuring all-beef skinless, natural casing, and kielbasa dogs. Known for high-quality meats since 1942, they also offer bulk 5 lb packages, perfect for grilling, along with a full service butcher counter. I only get to eat this kind twice a year! This is all beef and locally made. What's better than this?! This is great!!! Love that pickle and those thick kettle chips! For my second drink, I'm having a margarita. A Margarita is a classic cocktail made with tequila, orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec), and lime juice, often served in a salt-rimmed glass with a lime wedge garnish. It can be served shaken and "on the rocks" (with ice), blended with ice, or straight up, and variations include different tequilas (like reposado) or sweeteners like agave syrup. No margarita glass or sake/sugar rim but it is nicely garnished and tastes good. The floating orange is odd. Still, it's quite good! For my next food item, I'm having the Geno's Meatballs. Gino D'Acampo's traditional meatball recipe features a mix of minced pork and beef, soaked bread, egg, pecorino cheese, and parsley, typically simmered in a simple tomato sauce. For best results, brown the meatballs in olive oil, then simmer slowly for at least 30 minutes to two hours for a rich flavor. I like the cheese strips on top. Lots of sauce! These taste great! For my last drink, I'm having a Vodka Mule. A Moscow Mule is a refreshing, vodka-based cocktail made with lime juice and spicy ginger beer, traditionally served in a copper mug which keeps it extra cold. To make one, combine vodka, fresh lime juice, and ice in a mug, then top with chilled ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel. It's a simple, no-shaker-needed drink that's popular for its balance of spicy, sweet, and tart flavors. I like the copper mug! It's chilled, nicely garnished and well balanced. For my last item, I've been dying to try the Special- a bork of Legume Soup. Lentil soup is a hearty, nutritious soup made with lentils as the main ingredient, often featuring a base of sautéed onions, carrots, and garlic, simmered in broth with spices like cumin and turmeric, and finished with fresh herbs and lemon juice. It's a staple in many cultures, known for being filling, economical, and rich in protein and fiber, with variations using different lentils (red, green, brown) and additions like kale, potatoes, or pasta. I like the cute, little crock pot.
