The day of the removal he came and then told us he couldn't climb the tree and he is going to have to find a lift and will contact us back. he messaged us back a few hours later and said the lift is $500 so he couldn't do it we tried messaging back to say we will pay for it no problem But he blocked us. He gave us his license number so I called The number on their website and spoke to a woman and she said he blocked us so we couldn't give a bad review on Facebook but she's willing to fix the problem. She told us we had to call around and find a lift though. We found one sent it to her she asked if we could pick it up but we don't have a vehicle able to tow so we said no she said ok and then we scheduled another day. She texted back to confirm we were picking up the lift we said as stated before no we don't have anything to tow it so she cancelled our appointment.... what a great way to run your business....

I told him what I wanted and shared his expertise on what would look best. -After receiving multiple estimates I called Rodolfo and asked when he can start. He said he can get started tomorrow. -I had 2 trees removed, 3 trees trimmed, 2 bushes removed, 6 bushes trimmed, and all my neighbors bushes that we're hanging over my side of the fence. -they cut all the large pieces into fire wood and they stacked it for me. -they completed the job in 1.5 days. -they cleaned up and removed all the clippings. OK, first off, my bad, I stupidly STUPIDLY paid them before they were done. After the first day they had most of the work done and Tom told me they would finish up tomorrow. Then he let me know he wanted to be paid. So, stupid me... Anyways, they did not come back tomorrow. Or the next day. I finally had to call them. They eventually came back and did a half-assed job finishing up. My main issue is that they did considerable damage to my property. They left oil stains in the street along the curb from one end of the property to the other, they put a couple of gouges in the street, they put a substantial crack in my sidewalk and tore up several patches of grass. When i called to have them look at the damage Mr. Tom told me he did a walk-around with me after they were done and everything was OK. We definitely did NOT and he essentially called me a liar (Nice PR there, Mr. Tom!). So he didn't have the decency or the courtesy or the courage to even come out and look at the damage. Plus where they removed the stump looks like crap...the dead tree looked better. I have 2 bits of advice: DO NOT use this guy. But if you do, DO NOT pay him one red cent until the job is done. Once he had my money he was done with me. I'm sure he would not accept this type of unprofessionalism from anyone, he certainly should not give it.

They had to work in challenging, tight spaces close to the house and did so with precision, surgically removing trees and limbs while taking great care to protect the deck, house, roof and driveway. It was fascinating watching their choreographed movements, each man knowing his exact role. Very efficient! As well, they have all the latest equipment to ensure safety with maximum results. I have used them several times over the years with the same outcome. It is about time I offered them kudos!
