He and his crew were on time, had great communication throughout the project, and were considerate with time management and cleaning up at the end of each day. Costs or potential additional costs were discussed prior to the project starting and throughout. We have also hired DPS to replace all of our windows which was also handled in a professional, punctual way. We appreciated that they pulled all proper permits and handled all city inspections.

We had great difficulty with customer service re: Boston Iron Group. FYI, it wasn't mentioned…read moreduring our initial estimate, but it's standard for them to complete painting touch up on site when they deliver your railing. I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. I recommend looking elsewhere for your railing needs.

Personally, Miron is trustworthy, hardworking and does not waste your time and gets right to the job. Miron helped us remodel many things in our house and he worked painstakingly to make sure it is done to perfection. He is intelligent, honest and does not cut corners. I personally think he is definitely one of the top ten contractors around. We have already recommended him to many of our friends. He is a big-hearted man and I am sure he will never disappoint anyone with his job, ever.
