During the sales process, I was told the RV had no mechanical issues, no water leaks, and no prior damage. I was also charged a $799 vehicle preparation fee, which I understood meant the coach had been inspected and was ready for use. Within the first use of the RV, multiple significant issues surfaced: The driver-side slide would not retract properly (this issue was already present at pickup) The rooftop AC system caused water to pour into the interior through vents and speakers The dash AC system was not working and has since been diagnosed with a failed evaporator requiring replacement (~$2,400 repair) A rear oil leak appeared immediately after returning home Further inspection revealed prior fiberglass structural repair that was not disclosed at the time of sale These are not minor issues -- they are material defects that either existed at delivery or were not disclosed. To date, I've incurred and been quoted several thousand dollars in repairs. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the dealership and provided detailed documentation, invoices, and photos. No meaningful resolution was offered. As a result, I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV. I understand that used RVs are sold as-is, but that does not excuse inaccurate representations or undisclosed material issues. At a minimum, buyers should not assume a vehicle has been properly inspected simply because a "prep fee" is charged. My advice to anyone considering Top Choice RV: Get an independent inspection before purchase Personally verify every major system Do not rely on verbal representations I would not make this purchase again.

Lack of professionalism in handling client interactions. Neglectful in maintaining transparent and professional contact. If I could give, 0 stars, I would. Seems like no one knows how to properly communicate the deadline for getting a vehicle back to their client then complain & make remarks of how "your wife called like 10 times today" I called 3 haha. Kevin (estimator) did his best to relay information from Miguel (I believe mechanic manager?) Xochil (manager) was on leave and tried her best effort to ease my frustration of the constant push back, I asked to be updated, yet never was. Said car was needing a test drive, I asked for a picture of the odometer, received no response after we were in "constant" communication via text (I say this loosely as she wouldn't pick up my calls, but would text me while I was on hold). Paid our deductible after a month our vehicle was in the shop, get inside with incorrect tire pressure from 2 of the 4 tires. We go inside, they put air in, just for us to circle in their parking lot to notice there was a knocking sound. Go back in, yet again, for them to tell us "oh yeah xyz is also broken." Wouldn't that be something to bring to our attention before we pay money to get our truck back? Also as we requested a rental since we turned it back in (obviously) the white girl inside had an attitude. We shouldn't have to ask for updates, but again, when we ask, they're annoyed and give vague answers. Then the Hispanic lady wasn't any help either. Funny enough, the owner Kevin Williams, comes in at the perfect time after the verbal altercation and assisted it well; but when I was telling him what happened, the white lady says "that's not what I said but okay" funny she had a lot to say when confronted to her boss yet little to nothing when asked for an update. Overall, do not leave your vehicle here. Kevin in front, black man, Hispanic lady and white lady have a bad attitude, Miguel maintenance manager didn't communicate, Xochil didn't want to answer calls.

Carina is argumentative and Kevin the owner doesn't pay attention to work going in and out of his shop, apparently. Truly a miserable experience getting my car fixed. I wouldn't wish this type of service on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and take it anywhere else. They're a total joke of a repair shop. You can go to a circus to see clowns or come here, the choice is yours. There's no star in Carstar here, period. It's funny that Carstar is interested in helping resolve the issue with me and other dissatisfied customers after the fact! When they could've solved the problems sooner, instead of after the fact. Look at the other one star reviews for further proof if you don't believe me. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
