This place is known for its stuffed cupcakes and flowery frosting decor. The business Instagram is the place to go to see daily stories, pictures, updates and to place orders. Maryam is very nice and accommodating I've ordered with her a few times now.

We ended up parking on Monroe ave and walking over. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The display case had a ton of different options for dessert. I had a really hard time choosing which one to try! They all looked absolutely amazing. We ended up choosing the yuzu and pineapple desserts. They packed them very nice to go for us. I wanted to try the coffee they had, but at the time I was a little too full. Later in the day we got to try the dessert at home. Oh my gosh! They were absolutely amazing! The flavors were fresh and delicious. Although it did break my heart to cut into the cute dessert. If it wasn't for the price, I would be going there very often. It is called special occasion sweets after all.

Since I had only had it once, I was unsure of a few things and the person working was so incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the cakes. Helped make my decision a bit easier. I went with the white chocolate raspberry bundt. It was good but I would change some things. So first off, I didn't taste the raspberry. They told me that it's baked into the cake and I feel that's a mistake. I tasted a lot more of a vanilla flavor. I mean, the cake was good which is why I gave 3 stars but I would personally insert a raspberry filling into the cake then put some white chocolate curls on top of the frosting. Would also be good to add white chocolate chips into the actual cake as well. That way you have the white chocolate chips and then the raspberry filling and you'd be able to taste both. Baking it into the cake batter doesn't do it for me. And it feels like the lazy way to make a flavor. Tho I could barely even taste any raspberry so....... The price of these is a bit too high for what it is as well. It was $5.75 and I wouldn't charge more than $4 MAX. It's too small of a cake to charge what they do. If I wanna treat myself then I'll go back and try a different flavor but I wouldn't go here all the time. Not worth almost $6 for a small bundt cake.

To be honest, I was a bit underwhelmed with the cake design. It was a plain 10" cake with white icing and printed out images stuck on top with a printed out image as a ribbon along the bottom edge. THAT'S IT. For what she told me paid for it, I just thought it was a bit high for the caliber of the decoration. The cake lady did ask if my friend wanted anything else added to the cake but honestly, I don't know what could have been added in a couple minutes to make up for the lackluster design. Maybe I'm biased because I have done cakes, highly detailed cakes. I'm sure to have a highly detailed cake here, my friend would have paid double or more than what she paid. Needless to say, my friend RAVES about how delicious the cakes are and I wish I was in town a day longer so I could comment but I'll trust her word that the cakes here taste awesome. Was tempted to buy a cupcake in the display case so I could get a sample of their cakes but I didn't.
