My daughter was going to NAU Volleyball Camp, when a wire for her braces started poking her and became quite painful. They are close to the university and took her during one of her breaks. This place was AMAZING! Everyone was so nice as well. They fixed my kiddo right up...and the kindest thing of all is they just clipped and didn't even charge saying it took just a couple of minutes anyway. You may also ask them if they accept your insurance. You will provide your information for them to check. You will even call WEEKS before visiting. They will claim they did, but alas after speaking to your insurance provider- they do not in fact work together and as your provider explains; that is basic information that ANY dental office would be able to gather prior to your visit. Now you are hit with HUGE bills for a basic checkup that could have been avoidable if they had only done their job beforehand. The Dr. was great, but receptionists that lie instead of just checking; are not good at their job and there should be a repercussion as CLEARLY no one would pay insurance to then go to some facility that does not accept it when there are so many other options in Flagstaff that do. And do their job. And are upfront with you prior to your visit. read more

Had to switch my business from Dr. Pasut over poor treatment at the hands of Bethany. I made two genuine attempts to address my issue with the Doctor but zero reply. Bethany likely prevented either of those from getting to the Doctor, or the she simply didn't want to hear the customer's side of the story. Bethany, it wasn't that you elected to induce your office policy of collecting a deposit upon appointment scheduling, it was your attempt to guilt me for rescheduling. You see, I was understanding, tolerant, and flexible when it came to my initial visit and your Covid policies. It was you that saw no reason to grant me the same understand, tolerance, and flexibility. I explained my employer had to make changes due to Covid and that changed my schedule, you didn't care about me or what I was saying. You showed zero tolerance and attempted to guilt me into keeping my appoint or you'd punish me with a $500 deposit before you'd accept another appointment from me. You then went on to claim this was the third time, you are mistaken. You were rude in nature and from all of my dealings with your office NO ONE has ever acted the way you did. I wrote two complaints directly to your office and to Dr Pasut and the only reply was from you where you continued to tell me I was wrong rather than earn/keep the customer happy and returning to this business. I waited over a week for any replies from the Doctor before I started leaving feedback across social media platforms. I gave you & the Doctor ample time to contact me to work the situation out, but got nothing in return but your rude message telling me I cancelled 3 times. That's an exaggeration on your part. I'll finish posting over the coming week and start my search for another Dentist. Shamefully Dr Pasut and I get along great and have many enjoyable conversations during the previous visits. You could have made a difference and avoided both the loss of a patient and these reviews that name you and call out your behavior. Sorry it came to this. read more

Much different than past experiences I've had with other dentists. Dr. Passut was wonderful, and I felt like she listened to me, offering me alternatives and tried to make me comfortable. Dr. Pasut was very nice, however, she diagnosed a couple of my cavities/decays by mistake. In general, she tends to be aggressive with her diagnose. Other than that, the office was clean and nice. And the hygienist I had was great. read more

The cleaning was thorough, but, I had to pay for PPE (what PPE?). What everyone needs to know before coming to this office, is that Dr. Pasut clearly does not care one iota about your health and safety. The employees are allowed to choose if they wear a mask or not, yes even in the "equipment sanitization space". I saw with my own eyes as an employee was in that space working without wearing a mask even though it is well known that the coronavirus is spread mainly through the breath and breath droplets, whether symptomatic/asymptomatic, vaccinated or not, etc. these are the facts. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED in Dr. Pasut for NOT implementing the most logical safety standards and procedures--it's called wearing a mask! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Jodi Passut for my dental needs for over 20 years. After Jodi moved from the Valley and started Alpine Smiles in Flagstaff, we decided to drive to Flagstaff from Phoenix just to go to her. Jodi fixes things with the best technology and doesn't run up her bill with things that are not nessasary. She has surrounded herself with hygienists and office staff that are friendly and professional. When I got married, I introduced my wife to her and my wife's dental health has never been better. Called yesterday after I broke a tooth, they said sure come in tomorrow at 2:00 ( I am a brand new patient, never been there before) at 2:00 the doctor looked at my tooth said I needed a crown, I went out to the lobby to get the cost of the crown, very reasonable, then they said the doctor can do it right now if you want, went back in the chair and was done an hour and a half later... Talk about customer service! From the first phone call to the speed of treatment and everyone who works there is super friendly and nice!!! Don't look any place else! I can reschedule if needed as well as come in quickly when I have a problem that needs to be taken care of. I worked at Alpine Smiles before deciding to go off to dental hygiene school. It was a very tough decision since I love working there so much. Services here were ok until my last visit just last week. I had a new hygenist that i had never had before and it made my experience awful. She started out nice but while taking x rays she was very inexperienced. she was unable to correctly operate the piece they place in your mouth. First she had it pushing on my nose so hard i couldn't even bite down and she just kept telling me to bite. Then she moved to the side and poked me in the eye with the same part. When i told her it was in my eye, rather than fixing it, she told me in a rude tone just to shut my eye. I was very bothered by this because even with my eye shut in was putting pressure on my eye in a painful way. When the cleaning began it was more painful than usual and when I told her it was hurting she said it was my fault because i need to floss more often, but my cleanings have never bothered like that before. I was so upset by the time my cleaning was over i could't wait to get out of there. I explained a little of what happened to the receptionist and informed her that I would not be returning. read more
