He is incredibly organized and responsive while also being down-to-earth and enjoyable to interact with. I have no doubt that my home sold faster and for more money using Brenton's expertise. We ended up with multiple offers in the first week in a tough market. He takes such pride in his work that he includes important and expensive special touches to help promote homes that other realtors do not provide. He also is very genuine with his guidance as I can tell he maintains his core values to do right by people overall. I had the pleasure of working with him on the selling side of real estate and I can tell that he is a fantastic advocate for buyers to have. He has first-hand experience and an understanding of the nuances with all aspects of real estate whether you're an investor, buyer, or seller. That's why I cannot recommend Brenton enough, he's an overall good person who does high quality work. He's the only realtor I will use from now on and I have no concerns on highly recommending him to friends, family, or any stranger who I hope reads this review and reaches out to him.

It was my first home buying experience and I was prone to many of the rookie mistakes. He was able to anticipate my naivety, preventing more than one disaster. Took only a few months of hunting to find the right house and the buying process couldn't have been smoother. About 3 years later when it became time to sell, he again offered excellent guidance, leading to a quick and profitable sale- sold within a week of it being on the market. Attention to detail and follow-up are paramount in the real estate industry and those are his strongest assets.

He not only provides great customer service but caters everything towards what you need/want/can afford and doesn't steer you into unattainable territory. Since buying a house is one of the biggest investments you will ever have in your life you owe it to yourself to use Ken Bryant since he will be there helping you every step of the way. I whole-heartedly recommend Ken as your next or first realtor, you won't be disappointed.

Their form of marketing is relying on an SEO company to boost their website on google. Before signing the contract be sure to read section 5.D.3. They require compensation if you decide to terminate your contract with them. Laurie Wall is the owner of this group and was extremely rude to our family upon termination. Overall we were not happy with them due to lack of progress, communication, or solutions offered. They have a very, "sit back and wait" approach with the sale of your home. Last, but not least, the commission they charge is outrageous compared to other companies. Especially for the small amount of effort they actually do on the selling side of things. Tldr: I wouldn't recommend this company, nor it's selling agents to anyone, and I advise that review readers approach them very cautiously, if at all.
