Jonathan Bethune did an excellent job capturing the look and feel of the house as well as creating an incredible floor plan that makes excellent use of space. We experienced an excellent job of keeping the work going even during very wet days and weeks. The end product is a very well constructed home that we feel is efficient and beautiful. I have been dealing with warranty issues for a year. I have had to fix most of the issues myself, from trim work, plumbing, cabinet repair and a lot of other small issues. The main issue is my property has not been properly graded......pictures attached. I really do not mind dealing with it, but when someone tells me they will fix something and they never show.....that's the sign of a POS. Clinten has a very poor reputation around this area with new home builders. This is what happens when Doug Parr hires a college guy with zero cred.......pennies on the $$$$
