It appears that Mr. Erter is too busy to pick up the phone and call a long time customer. Upon receiving a new agreement in the mail (twice), and then an email requesting I return the agreement, I requested a phone call from Mr. Erter to discuss. He refused to call me and instead ignored me the first time and then sent a rude and condescending email telling me that if I wanted to talk with him, I would have to call him. Needless to say, he gladly accepted my termination of services. Sad way to end a 13 year relationship.

The property…read moreitself is fairly nice, however it took an absurd amount of emails just to find out what we would owe on move in and then many more to get the lease signed. Overall dealing with Turn Key is a huge pain. In the first week we have had several maintenance issues that have been a huge hassle because we have to go through them to get anything fixed or otherwise pay to fix the problem ourselves. In summation, the extra room and yard we get with a duplex is great, but I am not sure it is worth the hassle. I'd rather not have all the problems and trouble that comes with a management company that is very difficult to deal with and based an hour away.

When I moved in, they left an old microwave that had a molded piece of fish in it sitting on the counter. They've begun adding additional fees to the 2.5% online service fee ($25) and are calling it an NSF fee (the first thing I do on second payday of the month is pay the next months rent, there was 1,486 and change in the account, rent is $850, $875 with the service fee). They declined initial payment on the 28th of January 2025 for the month of February. I had to re send the payment on January 30th, it went through by February 2nd. They charged a late fee and refuse to rescind it or offer me credit towards next months rent. They are demanding CASH payments for all future rent deposits.
