Buying our previous house was a nightmare & the closing on it took 4-5 hours. Brian surrounds himself with the right people. The closing on selling our old house & buying the new house was so seamless, that we were in & out with in less than 40 minutes. If we ever decide to move again, I hope he's still around. He's even willing to make invitations for us when we have a house warming & called a couple of times afterwards to see if everything was going well. Seriously who does that these days? Most people get their money & bug out. We've been in our new house now for 2 months & loving it. The neighborhood is a perfect fit for us. I would like to offer a sincere thanks from our family!
