A lady was trying to send a package and o it spoke Spanish. The employee let her know she needed to go find someone who can translate for her. The employee told her she needed to go home and fill out a form that could be completed there. She could have given her a cheaper option to send her package just letting her know it would take an extra day. However she didn't. She acted like she was bothered and that we were taking up time and space although there was no one else in a rush. Customer service is detrimental to a business, kindness is free and the postal service needs people to utilize the services to stay afloat.

I had the BEST experience with this post office. If you're like me, I aggressively track my…read morepackages from the moment they ship. I was particularly excited for this one and even more so when I saw it was arriving two days early. I saw it was marked as delivered and RAN to the mailbox to grab it only not to find it there. I rechecked the tracking and saw an alert "insufficient address" and that it was returned. I was a dope and forgot to put my apt number. I immediately hopped on with customer care in hopes of intercepting it before it actually was returned. The super helpful rep-Rita, put in a service request to hold it for pickup and I was notified by email that I'd receive a response. A weekend and two business days later. Crickets. I called customer care back and was told that it was being held at this post office. Shortly after, I got a call from Lashawna and was told that it had already been returned. I was sad but resigned myself to reorder. Ten minutes later, she called back to tell me that she checked another spot and that it was there! She didn't have to check again and she DEFINITELY didn't have to call me back. They process thousands if not millions of parcels a day. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Sheila who was an absolute delight. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I know most reviews about post offices tend to be negative, so I had to share how these awesome ladies went above and beyond to get me my package even after I made a silly mistake. Special shout out to Sandra as well who is an awesome mail carrier
