The worst customer service I've ever experienced! The girl at the counter was downright condescending and didn't seem to care about our buisness. I was talked to like a 2 yr old. I've worked in customer service my entire life and I am 50 years old and have never ever had someone be so disassociated and just didn't care whether we were there or not for repairs. Her smug remarks made us feel as though our business meant nothing and they were just too good to fix our car.We finally decided that we would find somewhere else to go after she argued with us about not being in network with our insurance, which we already knew about and making it out as though it could be months before we see our car fixed. My car was sent there from insurance after I was hit in front, they took the car did the body and sent it out for front end repair as they are not mechanics. I knew it needed an alignment, due to how it drove from house to shop. I had already bought tires before accident so I asked to be notified when they took car over so I could pay to have them put on. I was never notified. When picking up car, I had Cash the older lady at counter yelled we do not take cash it was not the paper you signed (did not get a copy) and also on that big sign an 8x5 inch sign under glass on counter. When I came in first time there was a guy leaning on that piece of counter. I was mad and said she was rude. I went and deposited money, when I came back the manager was there, I explained that maybe they should have sign on door and or give a copy of paperwork with it highlighted. He said car was good to go but needed an alignment, to over to where they had taken it and they said the CV axel was broken and they told Jo Hudson's office it was not safe and needed to be fixed. Went right back and I gave all paperwork to the other lady at counter. she sent it to insurance" saying that it was not necessary and it only shook a little. Allowing me to drive it with my small kids. Now fighting with insurance company due to how they worded it. I am a single mom of Three. I already paid $500.0for my deductible and now its another $1200.00 because they say its not a big deal, and safe. If you have a family or love having your car DO NOT TAKE IT THERE!!!! read more

Toyota Camry repaired by RCI and repainted because of paint recall twice. Likely you will discover, as I have, hidden damage caused by poor workmanship, mismatched paint, incomplete cleanup and overall poor workmanship cleverly disguised and hidden from view. Months after work was complete discovered broken fasteners to insulation under the hood, trim that no longer fits tightly as original, as well as body parts not properly aligned. Had quarters stolen from dashboard! Need quality control! read more

Had a horrible experience with the office staff, which is a shame because the actual repair on my car looks great and seemed fairly priced. Made the appointment for the repair weeks in advance, and called twice to verify the appointment and ask if any deposit was needed since I was paying out of pocket and not through insurance. I was assured everything was fine and I did not need to pay upfront. I dropped my car off at 8am, and was told I'd receive text messages with updates on the status of the repair. When I hadn't heard anything by lunchtime, I called and was (rudely) informed that they were not working on my car because I didn't pay a deposit to get the parts ordered. The staff member I spoke to was unkind, defensive, and took no accountability whatsoever. After I made a fuss, they agreed to deliver my car to me at my work place. The car was delivered - but they didn't bother to wipe off the hot pink paint marks they'd made all over it. I called and asked for a manager, as I wanted her to know how disappointed I was in my experience. She was full of apologies, promised to work my car in as soon as the part was there, and stated she would knock off some of the labor costs as a good faith gesture. A little over two weeks later, I dropped off my car again. The repair was completed and looks great! Unfortunately, dealing with the office staff was extremely unpleasant at pickup. Tried to charge me $70 more than my original estimate, and basically insinuated I was lying about the price difference. Thankfully I still had the email with the original lower estimate, which the office manager made me forward to her because they had no record of it. I asked the manager if she remembered speaking to me because of all the issues I had the first time, including her promise to lower the labor costs. She denied any knowledge of that conversation and was pretty nasty to me overall, continuing to make snarky comments even after I verbalized twice that I'd pay the total. The price -was- grudgingly lowered, and I am extremely satisfied with the way my car looks. I can see why RCI came highly recommended. I just wish the office staff understood the disservice they're doing to the company overall by being hateful and rude. I understand mistakes get made and things can fall through the cracks sometimes - we are only human - but the way you respond to those mistakes is crucial. And you should never make promises to a customer and then fail to follow-through. For these reasons, RCI would likely not be my first choice in the future. read more

Pease do not use RCI Collision they are crooks first off , I took my truck for an estimate before they would give me an estimate they wanted my truck dropped off. I drop the truck off they gave me an estimate. when I picked up my truck I noticed dents on the driver side and the dents wasn't there when I give them my truck. Then they wanted me to pay 200.00 per dent and they caused the damage. I am new to the area, so I really don't know a whole lot about Warner Robins, RCI has no integrity my advice for anyone using RCI 1. Get the estimate cost before they start repairs because they'll lie to get more money 2. Take photos of your entire vehicle before you leave it 3. make sure you know what type of equipment that's on your vehicle. they lie to insurance about me having wheel liners and I didn't have any. 9 hours of labor that was lies. read more

did a great job on the actual repair, but once I got my car back I realized they went through the compartments in my car and stole my change purse, and had terrible communication with my rental company about all the extensions they were having because the actual repair took much longer than originally quoted at drop off. read more

I was rear ended and contacted RCI to complete my repairs, they have an AMAZING staff, that are very friendly & able to help and answer all questions I had: They also had an automated text service that texted me EVERYDAY, with an update on my vehicle and how far along they were with repairing it. Due to the accident, my 2008 Honda Accord Coupe needed a new rear bumper cover, new impact beam, impact padding, and new exhaust tip (along with all the clips and other small parts to do the repair) All of my parts were OEM new from Walsh Honda. They did a phenomenal job matching my paint. My car was also ready a day before expected, which was nice. They did forget to put an exhaust hanger back on, but I called them and they agreed to make it right and have it replaced. 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend this body shop. I'd love to do business there again ( hopefully under different circumstances, I don't want to be hit again) but I will be recommending you all as much as I can. Do not use RCI! I had my hood painted several years ago and the clear coat is coming off. Obviously, they didn't spray enough clear when they painted it. So I returned and asked about their lifetime warranty. They will not honor their work without the paperwork. Everyone knows they keep records by VIN. They are not interested in helping. read more

I brought my 2018 Cadillac Escalade to RCI after a wreck into the guard rail. After having insurance cover it and I got it back after having to wait not due to RCI but due to the issues of supply/supplies! I worked with Maci who was awesome, always helpful, and knowledgeable! After using the back hatch one day (2-3days later) I noticed it was rubbing the taillight. I called/txt rci and maci told me to bring it back when I can, because they are understanding (I'm sure to an extent) that I am counted on to pick up kids from school every day when I go get my own. After the thanksgiving holidays I was up near RCI and swung by to let Maci take a look at it. Having a few hours to spare she said she can take it back and it might be something the guys could do a quick fix or they let me know what's wrong and when I can bring it back. Luckily it's a quick fix and since I have an appointment already I'll bring it back in the morning to finish everything. *sidenote- I did use the rental car place of thiers and they were also helpful in helping me find something that worked and helping me by explaing everything money wise and insurance part so I understood about the money so I didn't spend money I didn't need to! read more

They did a great job on my vehicle bumper. I do recommend checking your odometer or taking note of it beforehand so there is no silly confusion if you were involved in an accident and they use the mileage from when it occurred instead of the actual mileage that you had when you turn it in. They are professional and friendly and regardless of the shop, the odometer thing is always good practice in all situations to avoid misunderstandings and just to be in the safe side. read more

I took my car for damage assessment after it got hit at a parking by another vehicle. The damage wasn't significant but need body repair. The assessment was quick with details. They asked me to email the repair estimate from the insurance company and I did. I called for status two times but Maci was always busy with someone else. The other customer service lady who answered the phone said Maci would respond once she read my email. There was no response. I emailed her again, still no response. My truck was wrecked on Sept. of 2021. I was recommended RCI by a co-worker of mine. I took my truck to them and it took over a month to get my truck back. It came out of paint and there was a huge crack in the paint under the lip of the truck. showed them this and they said they were going to have to re-paint the whole hood. The told me it would be ready two days later. I call back two days later and they said it hadn't come out the booth. So I wait over the weekend and call back on Monday. When I call Monday I got got there was something wrong again with the hood and had to be repainted again. My rental ended the next day. I got the truck back Wednesday and the lip of the hood is still primer gray. Now they are saying they will not cover the cost off the rental when they had to repaint the truck twice and still doesn't have it right. I will never use this place again and would not recommend to anyone. read more

Great auto collision repair from this facility. I was involved in a car accident back in March (sorry this review is so late) of 2013 and decided to use this place to repair it. My front passenger fender was dented, headlights busted, and grill damaged. I think I had some damage to the passenger door too and the hood of the car. Luckily the 2nd party involved in the accident was found at fault and their insurance paid for everything because the final bill was pretty large. I found the work to be great. My car looked better afterwards than before and the paint was an excellent match. I never had any problems whenever I called to check on the progress or when I came in. Had heard good things about RCI so decided to use them for a recent accident I was in. Was not disappointed by the friendly staff and rental vehicle they provided for only $15 a day which beat the rates at the local Enterprise. The Chevy HHR they gave me was not in the best shape but all I was looking for was something that could get me from point A to point B and what else can you ask for at a rate like that? Also received text updates every couple of days as work on my vehicle progressed and the job done was exceptional - it looks like new again. Highly recommend! read more

Avoid the headache and choose another body shop. RCI prides itself on poor quality work. I brought my car in for paint and body work (you know, what they specialize in), but I am in the process of scheduling my second appointment to correct what they've messed up. After bringing home my car the first time, I noticed that they didn't actually paint the entire thing. Part of the repair included stripping the hood for a repaint; however, RCI only painted the top of the hood, leaving the lips of the hood exposed bare metal. How on earth did they not catch this????? I did not catch this at the shop because the bare metal is not noticeable until you either lift the hood or sit in the driver's seat, neither of which I did during the delivery process. Huge mistake on my part, but immense oversight and poor quality work on behalf of RCI. Additionally, the work required the installation of a new headlight. Over a short period of time, the new headlight began to separate from the car leaving a finger wide gap in it's place. One strike for both the paint AND body divisions of RCI. RCI took my car back in and adjusted the head light and gave me the run around about the paint claiming that it was just cleaning compound left behind (lies aside, how does a cleanup crew miss exactly what there job is?) The paint shop realized that, yes, the hood was not entirely painted and decided to throw some paint on hastily before returning the car to me. Safe to say this was not a high quality job and resulted in extremely rough edges and noticeable paint bubbles. Truthfully, this is a pathetic and embarrassing "Paint and Body Shop." They get two stars only for attempting to correct what they've wronged. My car looks worse than when it went to the shop!!! I am awaiting yet another correction and I will update you after I visit again. AVOID RCI COLLISION!!!! read more

Be prepared to have them fix or redo whatever work they perform! My car was in a mild rear end collision. While they did an impressive job at straightening out the sheetmetal, they skimped out on the paint work. The worst of it was when they painted the trunk hatch, its like they painted it on the car and there was almost no paint towards the bottom. The rest of the paint was nice but had some fisheyes and garbage embedded in it. They also broke a trim clip while reinstalling. It's like they don't do any QA before they hand it back. Took the car back to fix all the issues and was given a lecture about 'acceptable industry standards'. I had to deal with the insurance directly after that which fortunately had a lifetime guarantee on the work. They redid the hatch and fixed the fisheyes. When they wetsanded the garbage out, there was a giant swirl in one spot where they hit it too hard. Again I was scrutinized for noticing this and had to have insurance rep verify there was a swirl. Also, beware of their mechanic shop! The collision also dislodged a piece of catalytic material which made the exhaust sound raspy. They wanted to say it was the muffler. When that didn't fix the problem, they said the car probably just sounds like that being a performance car. Yea right -- the dealership promptly found the problem and fixed it. All said and done, it cost the insurance company an extra $5K for their mistakes and misdiagnosis. Not to mention my time wasted and being without my vehicle. Never again. read more

On 12/01/2017 I was rear-ended, by a GEICO insured driver, while sitting at a red-light. I filed a claim with GEICO and took the estimate to RCI to have my vehicle scheduled for repairs. I was informed by RCI that the first available date was 01/09/2018 because they were so backlogged with repairs. On 01/09/2018 I turned my vehicle in for scheduled repairs and was given a repair time of 11 days. I was called by RCI's estimator Joey a few days later and was advised that upon disassembly they discovered more damage to the bumper than was originally estimated and that they would be in contact with GEICO. After the 11 days had passed I contacted RCI to find out when I could pick up my vehicle and was told it was still not ready because they were waiting on brackets. I was called by the adjustor from GEICO and was told my vehicle would be ready on Thursday, 01/25/2018. On Thursday 01/25/2018 I went by RCI to pick up my vehicle and was advised that it still was not ready because they received the wrong mounting brackets. I was called the following day around 4:30 pm and advised my vehicle was ready for pickup. Because I still had to return the rental I was unable to inspect the vehicle and was just given the key. No one came out with me or offered to conduct an inspection with me. When I got in the vehicle to drive it home my first clue that it had been rushed and not done properly was that the passenger side floor mat was upside down, which struck me as odd. I figured that an auto-body repair shop should at least know how to properly install something as simple as a floor mat. Later when I was examining the repaired area of my vehicle something kept striking me as "just not right". I finally realized that when RCI replaced the rear lift gate they forgot to replace the "Mitsubishi" and the "Outlander" symbols, leaving the rear lift gate completely naked. Upon closer observation I then noticed that the painted bumper was darker and did not match the vehicle. I also noticed that instead of painting the bumper, then assembling it, they just threw on a "Reconditioned" bumper cover and painted it on the vehicle. It was VERY obvious where the masking tape was because there is a very obvious paint line on the black trim. To say the paint job is sloppy is a severe understatement! I also noticed that the bumper cover did not fit properly and was not flush like it was when I bought it new. The bumper cover actually sticks out enough on the passenger side that I can balance a penny on it. The black plastic trim on the passenger side is also not flush and has a gap wide enough between it and the body of the vehicle that I can actually drop a penny in it. (I actually took pictures of the "penny test" for evidence in court) It is obvious that the work was rushed and that there was absolutely no quality control done before turning the vehicle back over to the customer. I just have to ask the question, if the workmanship is so poor on the outside what does it look like under the bumper cover where I cannot see? How many shortcuts did RCI take there? I am taking the vehicle to a different body shop for inspection and to be completely redone and have decided to file suit against GEICO and RCI to cover the cost of redoing the repairs. read more

That said I wish to formally apologize to the staff and the technician in the shop. I thought I was missing some items out of my vehicle and was mistaken. I will never recommend RCI. I've had two vehicles repaired there and both times the car had to go back in a 2nd time to get fixed right. The first car the paint started cracking and coming off the bumper cover. They took it back in and fixed it, but it should never had been a problem in the first place. The second car they completely failed to match the paint color. What they painted looked more pink than the red on the rest of the car. The owner tried telling me it was simply because of the new clear coat, which was a complete lie. After they took it back in they had to paint it two more times before it matched. They also had mishandled and caused damage to various parts, applied clear coat too heavy resulting in runs, and failed to address everything that required repair. In total they had my car for a little more than 2 months this winter. Finally, they are absolutely terrible at communication. 90% of the time if I got an update, it was because I called them, which usually resulted in "Oh, [insert name] didn't call you? She was suppose to let you know". Never again will they see one of my vehicles. read more
