I finally had your work checked at a different shop specializing in GM and found that incorrect work was the cause of this. To which it's documented as well. You never once stated that the tune was remaining to be done and if you would have I would not have paid balance in full as you were requesting to release my non starting vehicle.

Sounds too good to be true. It probably is!…read more Car needed an alternator put in. Chloe gave me a verbal quote cheaper than the chain repair shop and said she could get it done today. Just bring it over this morning and we will have it done by 5:00. Sounds like a small locally owned shop that you want to support and do business with right? Quick service and good price! Well, when I dropped the car off at 10:30 she confirmed 5:00 today. At 4:30 I called to see if it was done and she said it's going to take a little longer than I thought but it will be done today. At 5:30 I stopped by and they still hadn't gotten the old one out yet. She said its more complex than I thought but we will get it done before we go home. The car was finally ready at 9:30 pm so I guess give them credit for staying late (ie 2 stars and not 1). On the way home I stopped to get the alternator checked at autozone and they pointed out that the wire to the alternator wasn't even hooked up so it wasn't working properly. So I came home and had to finish the job myself. If it sounds too good to be true. It probably is. So do yourself a favor. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else!!! PS. No written quote, they don't take CC.
