Wow, what a great choice! He excelled in all phases of the project - timeliness, the quality of the work, and neatness. I am a mechanical engineer and am very particular about work like this, so I had questions about his process, which he answered patiently. The curb rash (some of it severe) on my wheels disappeared, and now they look better than new, thanks to the UV-resistant clearcoat he applied to protect them from our hot Texas sun. An additional plus is that his truck-mounted equipment includes a generator, so the customer doesn't have to provide electricity. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I'm happy to do this one!

He got back to me right away with the price and we had them come out the next day. He arrived on time as promised and did the job exactly as he said he would at the agreed-upon price. I got two other quotes and he was in line with other brick and mortar shops, but they all wanted me to leave my car there overnight. He came to my house and knocked this out in less than two hours. It was very convenient. I would absolutely use him again and not hesitate to call him in the future.

This time the tech left my upper control arm bolts loose and my front end started making a clunking noise and then I noticed my steering wheel was not straight anymore. That's when I got underneath and determined that the tech did not tighten my upper control arm bolts properly and now the truck is out of alignment again. I got a flat tire off the feeder and happened to make it to this location coming home from work. I left my car in the lot and left a ticket for service the next morning. When I arrived right after the store opened the next morning with my mother-in-law, we were not greeted for about 20 minutes as the only sales rep was assisting someone else- totally understandable. Additionally, no one in the store, employees and customers, were wearing masks or any other PPE. He then asks for my name and aggressively told me he couldn't get my car to start, as the battery in my fob had died. So I showed him how to use it, was able to turn the vehicle on, and get it in the garage. Meanwhile, I'm told to wait for assistance. Next thing I know they have my car up and are conducting an oil change without first communicating what services they are doing. I ask for assistance from another representative, who says I had requested an oil change. When I questioned the service, Doug returned, held the ticket inches from my face and shook it mockingly, and said "Does it look like you checked oil change to you? Don't call me a liar!" Now, for reference, it did appear I had checked oil change, as I completed the ticket after dark and oil change was directly above the flat tire box. I expressed no emotion regarding the oil change, just asked for further clarification on what services were being performed on my vehicle since I had received no prior communication to this point. Because of my mistake, I was happy to pay $25 for an oil change BUT his response was totally unwarranted and extremely disrespectful at 8 AM. The remainder of the staff watched his behavior, and the same previous employer came to assist us from that point forward, but no one apologized for his behavior or offered any resolve for the lack of communication or unwanted service. This entire issue could have been resolved had they just confirmed my ticket prior to beginning services, but Doug's behavior and the other employees lack of a reaction will make me avoid this location at all costs going forward.
