They seem to specialize in BMW/MINI of all generations. I'll come back in the future as needed specially because of the great customer service, fair pricing and they know their Bimmers. What's interesting is the shop front itself is simple but they have a huge shop in the back that is unseen from the street (White Horse Pike).

Not sure what my license plate has to do with an estimate since I gave her the make and model of my vehicle. Will knowing the license plate suddenly make the job more difficult? Then immediately went "send me the information, I gotta go I have customers here." Overall not a good impression for someone that's a first time customer. That lady either needs some help with the workload at the front desk, or needs customer service training.

Boy was I wrong! he convinced me that a large SUV he had on the lot would be perfect for my needs and he just needed to give it a one server and put his dealer tag on and drive it to ensure it was all good. After a year of hearing "the parts are in and or I just drive it and make sure it's OK" I finally received the overpriced, barely running, undrivable, unsafe, vehicle with a bogus title. It wasn't until I called him on the title that he offered to return my money because he " had it now" but not when I asked for it the many times before. Since this cost me in many ways, I also asked that he rewire my F250 so I would have a local truck to use, he agreed picked it up, parked it in the lot and has not touched it in months. Also he does not have a dealer's license, he's using a borrowed tag. They were recommended by the warranty company and I can see why. If I lived in the area I would use them myself for all my auto repairs. Even though I didn't have to pay anything for the repair, the invoice for the repair was also less than what I was charged in Texas.

I was told by Gormleys Auto to take my vehicle here for some minor issues…read moreOut of the three issues I was having they only fixed one and created 3 issues that I was not having before I went to them The owner Charlie is a condescending game playing liar always saying what his son is going to fix and clearly the son has not been properly trained at all he couldn't even fix a faulty key fob or think to just order a new one after 4 tries to fix it. By the way the key fob still doesn't work the check engine light is still on as well as other indicators that they caused. I had a 2013 with 159000 miles on it I had a mechanic tell me the truck was in good condition. After taking it to Charlie's I had to pay it off and get rid of it they messed my truck up and kept acting like they were fixing it but in reality they were causing more issues this is a horrible auto shop and if you want stress and headaches along with empty promises lies and unskilled mechanics breaking things that were not broken and unable to fix the issues this is the best place for you!!! oh I almost forgot and charging fees for their disgusting horrible service!
