Nobles Automotive: 9-Year, $42,000+ Relationship Ended with Hostility…read more Nobles just threw away a 9-year, $42k relationship by having a staff member aggressively tear up my work order and tell me 'don't come back' after failing to honor an appointment. I scheduled this service a week ago for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma work truck. Because I no longer live in Haddonfield full-time, I drove over an hour and stayed the night specifically to ensure the truck was there for its Thursday slot. The same person who set the appointment called me THIS MORNING to confirm the work was on schedule. I arrived at 4:45 PM only to find my truck hadn't moved. Instead of an apology for the massive logistical inconvenience and broken promise, the representative was dismissive and rude. When I stated I would be leaving a review about this poor service, he became hostile, deliberately tore up the paperwork in front of another customer, and told a decade-long client to never return. Between my personal vehicles ($17,000) and my crew's vehicles ($25,000), we have been the definition of loyal customers. To be met with this level of unprofessionalism and a total lack of accountability is a massive red flag. If they treat a $42,000 client like garbage, they will certainly do the same to you. A shop is only as good as its word and its management; unfortunately, Nobles has lost both. We are taking our fleet elsewhere.

Waiting room was cool and comfortable, no WIFI and no bathroom that I could see (but then, I didn't ask). AAAAAAND they noticed my car registration had expired four months ago OOOOOPS, and reminded me to go get it done ASAP. Apparently when car inspections were all thrown for a loop during the pandemic days, everybody kept forgetting their weren't automatically for a two year extension. Thanks for the reminder!

This man rolled up to my driveway in a van that looked like it had already lost a fight with a tornado, a raccoon, and possibly its own sense of self-worth. He hopped out, spilled an entire soda, and said, "Don't worry, that happens." Sir. SIR. Why is that your greeting?? He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem." When I asked what the problem was, he said and I quote, "Mechanic stuff." Thirty minutes later my car was making a new sound I can only describe as "haunted dishwasher screaming into the void." I asked him if that was normal and he said, "Cars make noises." Then he charged me an amount of money so offensive I think it might be a hate crime against my bank account. He drove away. My car died. In the same moment. Like they were spiritually connected and my car couldn't continue living after witnessing whatever he did to it. Finally that morning he came by. Told us the issues and told us what parts to get. We paid him $250 to buy the parts and $200 in labor. Not only did he get junked parts but none of them were good. I asked him to at least refund us for the money we paid in the parts. So he stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. He took our car parts and sold them for cash and our car still isn't running. We've had to have another mechanic take a look and begin to work on the car. This was a very unpleasant experience I wish on no one.

I have a very bad experience at Mr. Tire (Voorhees location at Haddonfield-Berlin Rd)…read more On April 9, 2025, I visited this location due to frequent deflation of two tires on my 2014 Nissan Sentra. After inspection, the store manager, Joseph, recommended that I replace all four tires. Based on his professional recommendation, I purchased four new tires along with tire insurance. The total cost for tires, installation, insurance, fees, and tax was $766.09. Approximately 1.5 hours after picking up my vehicle, the low tire pressure warning light appeared. I immediately returned to the store. A technician initially suggested a possible nail in the tire; however, after inspection, no puncture was found. I was then told that one tire had simply been underinflated. Within a few days, the same warning light reappeared, and I returned again. At that time, Joseph stated that the issue was related to a valve body, which was replaced. Despite this, the problem continued. On December 18, 2025, after repeatedly inflating the two rear tires every 4-5 days due to pressure loss of 10-20 PSI below the manufacturer recommended 33 PSI, I returned to the store. I was told that the valve cores were loose and that the issue had been fixed. However, the two rear tires continued to deflate, requiring adding air every 2-3 days. On February 2, 2026, the rear driver-side tire measured 21 PSI, and the rear passenger-side tire was completely flat, despite the recommended pressure being 33 PSI. I brought the vehicle back to the store yet again. During this visit, Joseph stated that they identified additional costly work that he believed was needed (battery, wiper blades, TPMS sensors). I made it clear that my sole concern was resolving the ongoing tire deflation issue, which was the original reason for my visit in April 2025. I was told that no leaks were found, despite the persistent and ongoing problem. I then requested tire replacement under the tire insurance I had purchased, given the unresolved issue. Joseph informed me that the tires would be prorated and that I would still be required to pay installation fees. A tire losing 10-20 PSI or becoming completely flat when the correct pressure is 33 PSI represents a serious safety concern. After nearly ten months, multiple visits, and repeated assurances that the issue was fixed, the problem is still ongoing. This situation is completely unacceptable and below a reasonable standard of care. If you don't want to waste your time, money and to get a headache, stay away from this location.

Excellent service at Mr. Tire!…read more After the Lexus dealership attempted to rip me off big time during a routine service appointment, I headed over to Mr. Tire to inquire about replacing 3 tires. Lucky for me, it was on the cusp of President's Day Weekend and there was a special "buy three tires, get one free" promotion going on. Perfecto! Joe was transparent and up-front about pricing. He ordered the tires and they arrived the very next day. I dropped off the car and before I even got settled back at home, it was ready. They're quick! I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Especially for my ladies out there who fear being ripped off. This place conducts ethical business practices with a genuine smile. I saved nearly $400 by going to Mr. Tire. You know your tire light is on...go get it fixed today!
