Joe Cecconi was the first dealership I used to get a car. I was a bit intimidated but the salesperson Kahlil was SUPER helpful in breaking down how everything worked. Even if he had to say something three times, he made sure I understood before stepping further. Of course all the staff want to make sales, but above all he wanted to make sure I was comfortable in the choices I made. In 2015, I got a 2011 Dodge Avenger that I fell in love with that I got at a manageable price. Whenever it needed some work Kahlil made sure it got done. Now, two years later it was time for a new vehicle. At first I didn't want to let the Avenger go, and for that the trade-in value drifted down. I was also in a TOUGH financial circumstance, so I thought it would be impossible to get a decent vehicle. But again, Kahlil accessed my situation thoroughly and made sure he did everything he could to get me a suitable vehicle. It took a lot of back and forth between Buffalo and Niagara Falls to finalize everything but it was totally worth it! We had extremely limited options but I couldn't be happier with the results! I did my homework on the same vehicles for sale within a 300 mile radius and the dealership was very competitive on the pricing. My salesman Julian "Pancho" was fair, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate every aspect of the sale...not your typical "car salesmen." The finance department is excellent and really work to ensure the very best rates. Even better, they include free oil changes for every car they sell. Bought a 2017 ram 5500 truck. At the time of sale, Poncho and the service department said they would be there when I needed them and do whatever it took to get me on the road esp since it was my primary work truck! had issues on a Sunday afternoon there was a ride at the dealership waiting to take me home when I dropped it off Sunday and a ride ready to pick me up and bring me back to it less than 24 hours later!. Not sure if they're under new management or what but we bought four cars from Cecconni and went Back expecting to get a fair deal that we already worked out with our salesman. However, when we go there to sign the paper work the sales manager and finance manager said we were nuts expecting to get a deal like that. We were insulted went to DAVID CHEVROLET and got a better deal on a Silverado. Then we find out that Cecconni tried to trash our credit. Beware they can't be trusted. read more
