I had wanted to try out this location for awhile and finally stopped in to workout. This location is amazing and is immaculate. I wish they had a pool or at least a lap lane for me to train in, then I'd be here daily and it would be my main LT. This location is clean, sparkly, not heavily trafficked and very convenient to get to. There is a full cafe with food, beverages and merchandise. There are weight machines, treadmills, bikes, massage chairs, personal trainers, private studios, classes and two hot tubs. There is also a salon. I can't wait to come back here!

Coaches Lara, Taylor, Lindsay, Alex and Tyrone are fantastic, knowledgeable and inspirational. Although F 45 consists of group classes, there is leeway in taking things at your own pace, as well as with modifications of certain exercises. The crowd I worked out with (9:30) was super supportive and easy to get to know. My wife went for one of her very first CF sessions and was made to feel at home right away- I think she may be a new CF convert thanks to this gym! All in all, nothing but huge thumbs up- can't wait for our visit back to the east coast next year, we will definitely be dropping back in!
