She is truly an incredible asset to this company. During our first visit, my son and I became nervous while up in the trees on the zip line course and needed assistance. Madison came to help us right away. She was calm, professional, patient, and reassuring, and she safely guided us down while making us both feel completely at ease. Her kindness and confidence turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive experience. A few weeks later, we returned to the park and unexpectedly saw Madison again while waiting in line. To our surprise, she immediately remembered both of us -- even my son's name. That simple gesture meant so much and instantly made him feel comfortable and excited to be there again. Madison goes above and beyond in every sense. She is professional, personable, attentive, and clearly cares about the guests she helps. Employees like her are rare, and she is the kind of person who makes families want to come back. The advance level is definitely meant for adults, it requires strong upper body strength. Wish the little store would be better stock with drinks, snacks... they ran low on items by the late afternoon; they do provide picnic tables and I see families with tons of food - so if you're planning to stay for the whole day - prepare yourself. But before I talked about that, note that this place is both wrecking club AND break bar combined. Front of the house is the bar and the back is wrecking area. We were sent liability waivers to sign prior to coming. Once there, was when it was weird. Emails prior to going said to arrive at 15mins prior to our time which we promptly did. But it was odd because I had to ask the bartender twice what to do and we were told to wait in the back by the doors to wrecking club. Nobody came the first time and the second time it was past our time slot. That irked me. Once in, we put our stuff in lockers that don't lock by the way so I could have easily opened that previous wrecking club door and stole stuff but okay... how i know? Because i peeked in and tried the door and it opened bc we waited so long. LOL. We geared up with gloves and a hard hat with a shield. My head is funny shaped apparently because I tried so many hats. This hallway where we geared up had dell monitors/printers to be smashed. It led to one big room where we caused destruction. According to their site, Rampage includes the following: 1 premium electronic (game consoles, monitors, printers, etc) and 8 smaller electronics (office phones, keyboards, speakers, etc) and 30 breakables (glasses, plates, mugs, etc). What we got was monitor, printer and a bunch of glass cups which def didn't add up to 30 for sure. Available tools for destruction that we had were 1 crowbar, 2 metal bats, 1 sledgehammer and something else that I can't remember. We got to play our own music so I blasted the rock music of my youth. We had a blast smashing sh*t to smithereens!! We just wished had more glassware to break because it was so satisfying to hear/see it shatter. Fyi: Dell monitors are hella difficult to break. Who knew?!?! We were told of our time up and by time we were done, I was sore haha. Arm workout of the day haha. I would definitely come back if I had another coupon. Best way to get out the stress/anger inside.

Fraudulent behavior - BEWARE - I called the Kenosha location at 3:43pm yesterday to confirm the…read moreKenosha location was open; I was told by the person who answered the phone that they were open. I then, at 3:46pm, purchased nearly $300 in tickets on Boundless's website (from my phone) for me and three kids. I then drove 1.5 hours to Kenosha from Chicago, only to find upon arrival that it was closed. I went back to see what the email said and saw that, somehow due to a glitch with Boundless's website (and despite being told by someone at Boundless's Kenosha number that they were open), the tickets were for their Purchase, NY location. I then immediately called the number for the Purchase NY location to resolve Boundless's error and found out it was closed as well (despite selling me a ticket for that same evening)! I then immediately emailed Boundless and requested a refund due to the glitch on Boundless's website and the false and misleading information provided by the Boundless employee when I called prior to purchasing the tickets, and was refused a refund by the company's owner, Lorrie Funtlyder (she insisted I take a credit for the nearly $300 for services not rendered by Boundless).

Explaining that I just came from the other tent and yet still sent back to the one I just came from.... disorganized. No one knew what was going on ever besides two women. Behind the scenes it was all extremely, EXTREMELY unorganized. We couldn't get relieved. Turns out we were supposed to run for free... But when we tried to explain that we paid... We were given the run around due to complete disorganization and no one knowing what was going on. And then they didn't want to give us our shirts. Cause we were volunteers and didn't pay... BUT WE DID. such a headache. I'm sure the race would have been ok if you didn't work it. More staff... less volunteers need to work this.

Whether it was recommending lights for the tent or how many bathroom stalls we would need, Jessica was the constant--the one person who knew what she was doing (myself only rarely). She responded promptly to any emails and quickly revised our contract whenever necessary, up to and including the week of our wedding last October. Even though the delivery of all our rentals (tent, stalls, tables, plates, silverware, glasses) happened before my husband and I were there, it all arrived on time, was set up without a problem, and looked fantastic. The rest of the staff at our venue also said Durants was efficient and easy to work with. Based on our great experience, I presume all Durants locations offer the same quality service, but I can't recommend this one--and Jessica in particular--highly enough.
