They do an amazing job my brows look like I spent so much more time on them than I do. The shape is beautiful every single time I leave. 3. Price point it is very very very affordable. I sometimes think that they're charging me too little for the service. 4. Such a nice staff I have yet to have a bad experience. I once had a bad waxing experience so threading is so much better and they're so sweet. I have found that threading keeps my eyes from getting puffy. I found that when I waxed, I felt that my pores looked bigger around my forehead around my eyebrow line threading has kept my eyebrows looking young and not saggy. So yes, All the stars

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and it wasn't until I had already sat down I realized my threading artist was full blown sick. I could physically hear the snot in her nose, she was breathing through her mouth and I could feel her breathing on me the whole time, and every time she turned away she started coughing. I've never had an experience getting my eyebrows done where I got nauseas. She had a mask on, but when someone is that close to your face, it doesn't matter. I could still feel her breathing on me. Unfortunately, I ended up getting super sick just a few days later. Pretty sure that's not just a coincidence. PRIME IBROW: DON'T LET YOUR ARTISTS COME INTO WORK SICK. YOU ARE PUTTING THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT RISK. Eyebrow threading is very close contact and they should know better. Extremely disappointed in this place as I've been coming here regularly but I will definitely never come back after this.

I explained I've been slowly cutting off damaged ends, trying to keep some length and wanted the back to look as close to one length as possible. stylist informed me only a little needed to come off the ends. the entire appointment (wash, cut and blow dry/style) took 45 minutes. I even said something about it being the fastest haircut I've ever had when I expressed how unhappy I was with the results instead of a trim, over 4 inches were cut and I was left with short, uneven layers in the back and an uneven cut in the front --- nothing close to what I asked for. my hair never got thinned out even though that was one of the main reasons for my appointment. despite her now telling me she "wasn't done yet" after I pointed out the short, obvious layers in the back when I was shown the end result. I declined any additional texturing or thinning at this point. I reminded her I informed her I wear my hair curled, it was styled straight and the ends slightly curled with the round brush, a way I never wear it. came back after 15 minutes because I was so upset and realized I'd have to pay somewhere else to fix it, so I requested a refund. stylist approached and offered to trim more off the back to help it all look more one length (my original request) despite me already explaining it was far shorter than I wanted. her response made it clear to me we had very different understandings of my initial request. the appointment felt rushed, communication broke down somewhere and end result was terrible.

We booked the appointment but she would not answer my questions. I kept repeating myself asking how much the price would be for a brow lamination and tint, as a response she kept saying "thank you, we will see you soon" that was so frustrating, i just hung up. I did walk in and got checked in. Sam sat me the chair immediately. She did not perform a consultation at all! I work in the beauty industry for a living for over 4 years now, for EVERY new client or new appointment you should ALWAYS perform a consultation. The lamination burnt me which i would assume its normal but I noticed an open wound on my arch after the service which is not normal. Sam also did not consult with me what color I wanted or what shape I wanted, when i asked what she was applying or what shape we were creating she told me a certain brown and kept telling me not to worry about it. Kept dismissing me. As the service comes to an end, my brows are so black, and my lamination is so uneven. I came here to relax after a hard day but this ended up being the cherry on top of it. I honestly should've left, I didnt want to pay, i was so devastated with how terrible my brows looked. After I came home i was crying. I called after asking for my brows to be fixed by a different person, they refused saying it would only damage more of my hairs, understandable. When I asked for a refund at least they told me no. And said they would give my information to the owner. Now Im personally representing Nike on my face and i dont know how long i will have to look like this for.
