I walked in and was helped immediately (by Zoe if I recall right) who had me fill out a form on an iPad since it was my first time there and then asked me what I wanted--which was just to clean up my brows & do some shaping/make it even on both sides. She was very meticulous & checked in with me a couple times, making adjustments to make sure I was happy with the final result. Also, I liked that she wore a mask. I went in to get a powder set with French and at first everything was pleasant, they ended up charging me 128$ for a very simple set, but I smiled and went on my way because I thought it was cute. Within two days, two of my nails were chipped. And I don't just mean the French, I mean the actual powder had chipped off my nail and exposed my natural nail. I ask if they could fix it, and I first they said yes and made an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment the next day I spoke to Emma and she refused to fix it. She said I would have to pay extra and kept insisting that I had hit my hands on something. I had not hit my hands on anything, I am not working currently and have been doing nothing with my hands. she refused to fix them and also refuse to give me any money back. I have three nails WITH NO POWDER LEFT ON THEM. I have three bare nails. I had returned immediately because the service had failed, not because I expected "free repairs." Leah always help me pick out my colors and design. She is very patient and attentive. I literally think it's more important to her than it is to me that my nails look great!!
