I 'm in upstate NY and found this store on line by accident. GREAT customer service and follow up. My item was packed with care. Du-All carries quality drafting supplies and trust me, too many makers just don't make good stuff any more. I have a too many things that just won't "square." Spend once for a quality tool, then it will be with you for life. Du-All has fair pricing. You pay for what you get and maybe you pay a little less than a high falluting store that caters to a boutique crowd, but then you're also avoiding that "stuff" you get from the bigger places that just isn't what it should be.

I usually buy my chargers from here along with iPhone cases and glass screen protection. They all work great. I drop my phone a lot, and once I broke the glass screen protection. I was so happy I spent $5 instead of over $100 to replace a screen. I noticed they have St. Patrick's Day items and Easter items. I am excited to make a basket for my niece soon. I can also get a few cute things for this upcoming weekend! The store is very clean and organized. All prices are displayed on a big sign. They have large signs for sections as well.
