He was respectful of my car, did a wonderful tow and basically made me feel like I was the most important client of the day. They are state contracted with the Michigan State Police, and that's fine, but I wouldn't ever do business with them on a personal level after my experience. Lack of understanding and communication is the biggest complaint. As a tow company contracted by the state police I'm sure they get their fair share of problem customers, but to be as rude and inconsiderate as they were when requesting information or a resolution to my problem was completely unprofessional. If it weren't for a contract with the state which has inflated rates all around I truly don't know if the business would still be in operation due to the inadequate service.

We knew this was not your average tow. Kaleb assured us he would do it and come out after noon on a Wednesday. By 7pm, still no tow truck. We called and they explained that there had been an accident preventing them from coming. I understand that things happen, but my Mom waited ALL DAY for them to come. A simple phone call would have been the nice, expected, professional thing to do. In any event, they assured us they'd be there the next day at 10am. They finally showed up closer to noon, and decided that the tow was 'not worth our trouble' due to the location of the vehicle.
