I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.

I was so disappointed when the car did not start but fortunately I found the phone number on line for Close Towing . A nice guy answered the phone and told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. They kept in touch and showed up on time . Kevin who I believe is the manger came out himself as he had promised a 45 minute wait and they kept their promise. Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st. We used our Lincoln roadside assistance and Mac's towing responded quickly. They told us he would be to us in an hour and he arrives in 25 minutes. He, also, notified us when he was on his way. He had our door open within ten minutes and it did not look easy. He was very kind and courteous despite it being midnight and even helped us put the luggage in the trunk!
