After confirming we wanted to move forward with Dante's team, they started the work within one week. The team was extremely efficient and had the work done in 2 days. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable of the process to help manage our expectations. They went above and beyond what we had asked to ensure the new grass would not be overrun by surrounding weeded areas. They did an exceptional job cleaning up the area once the work was done. Dante came back to our place outside of normal business hours to help with our maintenance and care plan. We could not have had a better experience and are very grateful for Dante's work on this.

    The short version: TERRIBLE. Run away as fast as you can!…read moreThe Details: I have been a customer of Suburban Landscaping now for more than four years. Their basic lawn-mowing, and edging was average. Acceptable. I later added a few new services, such as taking care of hedges, and bushes, etc. They were weak, to awful, in those areas. Then, last year -- one of their mowers did severe damage my next door neighbor's steel and iron fence. He bashed it with his high-powered mower, and bent and twisted it, near the bottom, doing permanent damage, for about 14 feet. HE called. He never received a response. I called. I never received a response. He called two more times. No response. I called twice more. I am a freaking customer! I left messages. No response. - Part Two -- Last December, I received my annual contract. I chose to downgrade their services to only lawn-mowing. While I researched a new provider. On the contract, I gave permission to Suburban Landscaping to take a monthly billing from a credit card, automatically. They did not. Instead they sent me an E-Mail bill. Not a physical bill. An Email bill. I called them. That was ten days ago. I got a recording, left a message, requesting an immediate callback on this billing issue. (I had signed an agreement that I should not receive any bill, much less one that might get lost in E-Mail.) I then left a second identical message. I requested an immediate call, "ASAP." No response. Today, I finally received a callback, and was left a message by their business department. I called back, one hour later, at 3:10 pm, and was told she was "gone for the day, at 3:10 p.m., ON A Thursday. I was then told that she would not be back again until Monday. I do not know who I was speaking to, but he was rude. As if "I" was the problem. He said they had changed their billing procedures (with no warning, despite my December contract) so that they could begin using "QUICKBOOKS." I am now shopping for a new landscaping company. I will be cancelling, the instant that I find one. AVOID Suburban Landscaping. AVOID them. Run away, as fast as you can! You have been warned! Sincerely, Bruce Spielbauer
