While driving my daughter to school, we approached a merge where the traffic was alternating smoothly, until this van failed to yield as expected and deliberately pushed into our lane, forcing me off the road. This wasn't a misunderstanding or an accident, it was aggressive and dangerous. What escalated the situation further was what happened moments later at the stoplight. The driver, now positioned on my passenger side where my teenage daughter was seated, began shouting out his window directly at her. We couldn't hear everything he said, but given the context and tone, I can say with confidence it was completely inappropriate, especially for a minor. No adult should be yelling at a child under any circumstance. If this is how their employees conduct themselves on the road, with aggression, disregard for safety, and hostility toward minors, I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before doing business with them. If this level of judgment reflects how they operate as a company, I would not want them anywhere near my home, my family, or my property. This was serious enough that I am filing a police report. I hope the company addresses this behavior swiftly, before someone gets hurt.

They agreed to become my plow service this winter because I had just gotten divorced and my ex usually snowplowed. They were very nice and took my credit card eagerly. I have never seen such shitty work in my life. I moved from the home, back with my parents where I was safe and the SEVEN different times I returned to the home I was NEVER able to get up to my home!! The driveway has been a sheet of ice EVERY TIME and I have gotten stuck and had to be towed twice!! I just received a phone call from my father who is now stuck in the driveway AGAIN with the locksmith and the tow truck is now stuck!!! They are all stranded waiting for a another tow truck!!! The response from Family Lawn Care: "We just plow...we aren't responsible for ice, sand or salt." However, they didn't mind charging my credit card every single time they "plowed and salted" my driveway. In fact, the last time this happened I spoke with the owner and he said that he would be right over with sand and salt to help. He never showed up. He also told me that he was waiting for the weather to warm up so he could get rid of the ice. On a unusually warm 45 degree day, I immediately called him and asked if he would work on the driveway that day and his response "well now the ice is too heavy because it has turned into slush." If I could give less than one star I would!!! Awful people!! DO NOT USE THEM

We have used Verrier Landclearing and Firewood 4 times over the last 10 years. We have always gotten excellent, courteous service. I was amazed at how expertly and carefully they took down huge trees which were close to our house. Over the years I have recommended them to several friends and all were satisfied.
