Has worked out great for us…read more Ryan was originally called in to fix my steam boiler that was installed by Columbia Gas after the MV explosions. Ryan was the 7th plumber sent in to do repairs. The system knocked so loud when running the house shook,, it sounded like the battleship Missouri firing her guns. 6 plumbers all failed miserably. Then came Ryan. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in a couple of hours, no more banging!! Since then he has worked on some projects at my parents house and has come back to work at ours. He does excellent work, I find his communication fine, if issues arise he quickly informs me and the plan is changed. With 2 boys life can get in the way, and not all jobs go according to schedule, but his flexibility is great. We have recommended him to many co-workers and friends.

Of course our call was in the height of their busiest season and month, that being June, so it was difficult to connect given our varying schedules. Joe had one of his staff, Paul, reach out to make arrangements so we could get an estimate. To our surprise we had the pleasure of first meeting Paul at All Phase Paving on July 4th(!). We were astonished that they would be available on a Holiday and offered them another choice day in their schedule to meet up. Paul insisted it was OK, so we obtained our quote that day. We gave them a $200 deposit to get us in the cycle. We figured it would be 6 to 8 weeks, but then a homeowner project that we had was being delayed due to lack of supplies and we asked All Phase Paving to please put us off until September. They willingly accommodated us. All Phase Paving had some time in their schedule on one afternoon so we agreed to have them come out and take up the existing driveway, reshape a new one around our specs, and perform whatever site work they needed to do. They came back the next day at 7:30am sharp and laid a freshly paved driveway. The owner, Joe, was very accommodating with some of our additional requests. Joe's staff were all very considerate, patient, professional, and to this homeowner appeared very knowledgeable about their profession. We are VERY pleased with the outcome.

I hired this company called all phase paving in August 2020 they were very unprofessional they…read moredidn't complete the scope of work they dug up the old driveway and put gravel dirt over wood roof shingles when I brought it to their attention they said they would fix it they never did they kept right along then paved over soft sand the driveway is 1" inch thick the first 15' feet out from the garage there is also a big puddle I pointed out they said they would come back to fix it and the puddle would go away on its own well it never did they never came back to fix any of the problems we was experiencing my driveway has a lot of divots and it is wavy

She had great ideas we hadn't thought of. We went back and forth many times on the design. Kathleen responded to every message and email almost immediately. She made many revisions and had a lot of patience with us! Everyone else there, including Ed, Bessie and Brian Curtis was fantastic! The guys who installed our cabinets were amazing and very meticulous about every detail. The time it took to build and install our cabinets was great!
