Groundwork's crew were awesome from the initial quote process to final completion. Christian was great in the sales process and Mikah Ramos and Mickey Snip were excellent in the solution. They removed all the old insulation along with the rodent waste, cleaned out our crawlspace and sealed it all up to prevent rodents from coming in. Worksite was left cleaner than when they arrived and they were super efficient. Price wasn't the cheapest but it was fair value (they do have a good and easy 0% interest financing option) and they were able to schedule the work much sooner than other places. Would thoroughly recommend Groundwork's.

It is now May, This journey began In January, we still have unresolved issues…read more When I wrote my review, I was contacted by owner to reach out to customer service. That has been dreadful. They handed me off to a General Manager John M. Who was supposed to put out the fire so to speak. He just showed up with gasoline. There was always a reason why he couldn't resolve the issue. In the end my frustration led me to just tell him to forget it. I still have an unsealed entrance way and am really not getting any where with that. I have had to take off 5 work days for the original job, and 5 more for all the "fixes". I am absolutely beside myself as to how we have been treated by this company. Each time there is a new rep assure us that they will get the job done only to be ghosted. Alvin , John M. Two managers . Have not gotten it done.

Very pleased with both the sales and install process for my new Harman Allure pellet stove. I was…read moreshopping around and ended up in Fallon's showroom. Cody was helpful in a no-pressure way. He came out to my house to build the quote and was professional and had great recommendations. The install crew (apologies, I forgot names) was absolutely fantastic. Polite, professional, and did an excellent job with the install. Thanks!

Where do I begin, I would like to think my husband and I are pretty understanding and patient…read more However, our experience was less than most. First we went to show room, picked out our stove. We ordered a Red Vermont Casting Stardance. Mind you we paid $800 more for red. Not problem. We were given an install date in which we were simultaneously trying to coordinate propane install. Then our date change, no big deal. Then the install date changed again. It was now scheduled for Columbus day. Which I had my doubts. I purposely had my husband call the week prior to be sure they were still coming on a holiday day to install the stove. Oh yes they told us, we will be there. So we told propane guy it was a go. Welp Friday afternoon we get a call..... guess what? They aren't coming on Monday. We ONCE again tried to remain patient and we got yet another install date. Very deflating!. But wait, there's more..... they actually arrived on our 4th install date. Stove comes off the truck and its BLACK not RED!!! How disappointing!! So, at this point I want to tell this place to go screw. But, I was once again convinced that they would try to make it right and comp the Red. So another month later, after red was rushed and we were told we were a priority they finally showed up with a Red stove to install. Please take your time, look at the pictures of my ceiling! I want you to get a good look at what $7,000 dollars gets you with an install. I dont want these people anywhere near my house again. We had a horrible experience.
