From the quote through the completion of the job, they were prompt, professional and polite…read more Their work is very good. OK, a couple of things: 1. They aren't the cheapest. In fact they were about 20% more expensive than the next closest bid, but the finish product indicates that it was still an exceptional value. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and if you want a quality fence, you need to understand that you will pay a premium for that service. 2. Their paperwork, bid process and pre-job walk-through are an industry standard. We actually live about 180 miles away and we were having them build a fence for a second property we own. We were having a tough time understanding why they wanted to do a walk-through before they started the demo of the old fence and they waited to start until we arrived on property to have that discussion. During the walk through, they told us things that we may want to consider (in terms of what they were demoing) and things they could do to help us. For example, I knew that I was going to have to remove two very large limbs of a tree so that they could build the new fence. It would have taken me several hours and a potential ER visit to do, but they discussed what they could do and in the end, they removed the limbs for me. Making the process easier and saving me time. 3. Their craftsmanship is solid. They built everything to the exact standards we asked and the fence will be very strong for years to come. I even like that they used stronger building materials than described in the estimate for stress points of the fence. 4. They take ownership of errors. It's a long story, but during the build, the team blew a breaker causing our occupant to believe something was wrong with the washing machine. She called a service person who charged her $70 to turn the breaker back on. When Earl found out about it, he reimbursed the $70. All in all, I recommend them as a quality contractor for building fences.

The following Monday, the estimator was out. We had a estimate in hand Tuesday and the work started Wednesday. By Friday the entire side fence was completed. We recently had a new fence installed by Fantastic Fence, and the entire experience was exceptional…read morefrom start to finish. Installing a fence can be a lengthy process between coordinating with neighbors, adjusting quotes, and scheduling, but Fantastic Fence made everything feel seamless. A special thank you to Dominic, who came out to provide our quote. Not only did Fantastic Fence offer the most competitive quote we received, but Dominic was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and provide valuable information that would have benefited us regardless of which company we chose. His honesty, professionalism, and expertise immediately set Fantastic Fence apart from the competition. The office staff was also wonderful to work with. Whenever we called or had questions, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Having a team that is so attentive throughout the process made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The installation crew, Moises and Eloy, were fantastic. They arrived promptly each day, worked incredibly hard in 90+ degree weather, and completed our fence installation in less than two days. Throughout the project, Moises handled communication with us and was always professional, courteous, and kind. We also had a miscommunication on our end regarding the type of gate we wanted. When we brought it to their attention, Fantastic Fence immediately addressed the issue and made it right at no additional charge. That level of customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. It showed us that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their work. Their efficiency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. It's clear that Moises and Eloy take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. If we ever need another fence installed in the future, we would gladly request them again. Fantastic Fence truly lives up to its name. Professional, responsive, honest, and committed to quality from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with our new fence and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone looking for fencing services in the future. Highly recommend!
