We have been doing business with them for almost 8 years and these new owners are a joy to work with. I would ignore anything negative written here since most of the info here is also wrong. Here is my review from today September 30, 2021: Wow! As most people know, 2021 has been a challenge finding good, honest contractors. From the moment Rebecca answered the phone, I could tell this was going to be a pleasant experience. Within an hour, an outstanding, experienced, PERSONABLE, kind man named Darrell showed up and fixed our problem FAST. Many contractors would have taken this opportunity to take advantage and try and upsell or say things needed to be done to maximize the charge. Not this company! What we thought was a major problem, was just some easy lubricant stuff. They are coming back per our request to redo our rubber strips on our garage doors. Darrell played with my dogs while I asked questions. And as he was leaving, I noticed he even oiled our metal gate that had just started acting up. So he fixed THAT too! When was the last time you had someone come out to diagnose a problem, and they fixed things that wasn't even on your radar?! I will recommend these wonderful people to everybody I know!

He came out the same day, and for $20.00 less, replaced all the rollers, adjusted the spring, balanced the door and several other things.
