Nick kept in contact with me and gave me a great price on the work needed. After the power company installed the pole Nick and his crew were out there the next day with barely any notice from me. They trenched 200 feet and installed conduit and a new breaker box and a box for my RV plug. The work looks great and has no problems! I will definitely be using him for any more work I need done!

This required them to raise FIVE outlets. They also offered to raise the cable cords too, which took that off my husbands to-do list. These guys are so funny and personal and you can tell they love their job. They were such a pleasure to have here. They are the only contractors I actually look forward to calling for help because I know it will be a job well done and I won't be sobbing over my invoice when they are done. Today, I had drawn the lay-out with chalk showing how the built in was going to be laid out. Tieler asked to look at the engineering drawings and noticed that I didn't take into account the auto filler! This made my chalk layout off by six inches! Thank Goodness he was experienced enough to read the drawings correctly to ensure the outlets are exactly where they need to go. I couldn't be happier! Charged me $510 and told me to try somebody else (recommended I call the plumber that originally installed it). That plumber had it pinpointed in minutes and got it solved. When I spoke with the owner of this company, he said his guys are trained to trial and error for 2 hours before actually trying something else, such as a camera. I would have had to pay another service call with minimums just for this guy to come back out and use the tool he should have used out the gate, but clearly, these guys would rather charge the $210-$300+ per hour to eventually solve the problem on my dime rather than use the right tools to begin with. Having run service businesses for over 20 years, that is a very poor business practice. Use the right tools, troubleshoot properly, and charge appropriately. I would have been fine to pay the $510 and then some to get it right. However, I'm not sure that this would have been solved for less than $1,500-$2,000 with these guys. The owner was upset that I suggested they did a poor job and refused to refund anything. He did offer half off one hour of a future service call, and I told him I didn't trust them to do future service, so he basically fired me as a customer and hung up on me. Terribly unprofessional. Never doing business with them again, and you should think twice before trusting them!
