I took time out of my day off and came in on Sunday, 04/26/26, right at their opening time. When I arrived, nobody was there. I called, but nobody answered. I didn't want to waste more time, so I looked for another shop that could help me, found one, and left. Later, they started sending me messages saying the mechanic was delayed until 11:30 AM. That means there was about a 1.5-hour gap between their posted opening time and when the mechanic was actually going to arrive. That does not work for me. After that, they offered me a free diagnostic. I replied: "Hi, I'll stop by again next time and update my review after that." Instead, they reported my review, and Yelp removed it. At that time, I didn't have enough time to fully describe my experience. Now I do. Once again: "I'll stop by again next time and update my review after that." This review is based on my real experience. I came during their advertised business hours, nobody was available, nobody answered the phone, and my time was wasted.

I reached out looking for a shop to install a universal muffler that I had purchased online. When I gave the shop a call, they told me to come in for a consultation to evaluate what type of work would need to be done for the installation. When I arrived, I was helped right away and I was shown what kind of work would need to be done in order to install the muffler, how much it would cost, and an estimate of how long it would take. I had seen a lot of great reviews on this shop, so I decided to go ahead and book the service! I believe the whole installation only took a couple of hours and when I came back to the shop to pick up my car I was extremely happy and excited about the service that was done! Right when they gave me the keys, they "said go ahead and give it a rev!" And I was in love with the new sound of my muffler! Unfortunately for my car, they had to remove the old muffler and cut off a piece of the tailpipe so that the new muffler would fit in. (It's not a bolt on) but I was so happy with the low, loud rumbling sound that my car makes now! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who's looking to have any muffler work done on their car!
