Worst company ever! Fraud alert. Don't ever use this company. Make a long story short three weeks later from the promised date and some stuff was missing and everything was full of dust and dirty. We found this company online. At first I spoke to some guy named Michael very polite in the beginning until we gave him deposit. I sent him videos and photos of the things they needed to be delivered. He provided a quote told him this was for my mother-in-law. Do to covid she was moving back east. Send him all the information and told them we don't have much money that families helping her out to move please provide me with the correct quote. Because it was very important to us on how much it was going to cost. He was within our budget of the other quotes that we received. Since he was so nice at first we decided to go with him. Boy, I made a biggest mistake. He is the description of a very scum of the Earth. So they picked up our stuff with a Budget Truck. Didn't think much of it at the time. On top of this only one guy showed up to hold the stuff they didn't wrap or protect anything. Since my cousin was doing me a favor she literally had to load the stuff into the truck to help him out. Mind you this is only a small studio apartment. So the complete delivery was supposed to be only $1,000. We gave $300 deposits for they to come and we were supposed to give $300 after pick up . And $400 when they deliver. In the contract or the descriptions or even under the amount indicated. He said our stuff weigh and it was over supposed amount I sent them. Where was never true it is always the same amount of stuff. At this point he's mocking me and telling me that it's going to be $1,900. Almost double the amount off the original quote. Until we gave $800 more they were not going to set us up for delivery literally holding our stuff for ransom. I told them we don't have that type of money that were willing to pick up our stuff from the storage they did it and they could keep the $300. They said know if you don't pay us within 30 days we going to auction up your stuff. Literally the family had to come together and try to come up with this money. On top of all this he kept mocking me. No it's going to be $1700 wait now the Wake just went up now it's going to be $1800 and then it's going to be $1900. Complete scum of the Earth. Lastly we ended up speaking to the owner who reduced it to $1,650. They kept changing the date of the delivery date you have to give a second payment of from $300 to $700. Because this is all we had at the time. Please be aware this is the worst company ever this is one of those nightmare company keeps your stuff for ransom. At the end because her stuff was so dirty and dusty from wherever they put it at we ended up $1,600 total. Also their company number does not exist us dot # does not exist.
