Interesting experience this morning at JM Lexus very different than my other visits here. Purchased a couple Lexus vehicles here in the past with excellent service and no mechanical issues. Came here today with my brother to possibly purchase another Lexus. Its either going to be a Lexus or an Infinity. Took a stroll through the showroom bursting at the seams with new Lexus vehicles. We passed by a plethora of staff who were huddling together chatting or sitting at their desks without clients. Continued our walk of shame through the showroom to almost the opposite end still without any salesperson interaction - to say the least it was comical. We were ready to walk out, then an odd thing happened, a man (possibly a manager or a team leader) appeared and asked if he could assist us with a representative. My brother informed him that we just walked by several employees without contact. Within minutes, a salesman named German, who had good personality and a charismatic smile searched the database for a Lexus suv. No deals today at Lexus whether a purchase or lease at 7.5% interest rate. Best price given so negotiations are now prohibited. Great looking vehicles at high prices. They offer massage chairs in the service center waiting area which is a nice touch. The initial void with customer service today dropped the five star rating to a four, which is not common for Lexus based on my prior experiences.

Missing felt insert

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned ES350. I was skeptical of the 'no dealer fee' pricing policy they advertised, but was impressed to find out that it actually was straight forward. When I bought the car the JM sales guy, Alex, agreed to take care of a few minor items that needed attention and added them to the sales agreement. One of the items was replacing the felt insert in the bottom of a back door handle that was just missing. It was quite obvious and noticeable, so I was a little surprised that they missed it and put the car on the line for sale without taking care of it. I actually thought it was kind of embarrassing for them. I dropped the car off a week or so later for them to take care of the items we had discussed and they agreed to take care of. Everything they fixed looked great. However when I got on the highway going home I noticed the vibration from the front wheels was still there, so there was still an issue with front wheel balance that I had exchanged emails with Alex about. Then when I got home I realized that the felt insert for the rear door handle was still missing. I asked Alex about this and was told that he could order the part for me.. at a cost of $11.00 I questioned him about charging me for a part that he said he would get for me as part of our deal when I bought the car. He told me I would have to pay for it, blatantly reneging on our agreement. I was utterly flabbergasted with the lack of integrity, amazed that he wouldn't honor the deal we made, and couldn't believe he would alienated a new customer.. for an $11.00 part!! As I told Alex, that has to be the single worst business decision I've ever seen someone make! Not to mention he completely torpedoed the trust and respect that I had for him, and in turn the JM dealership. It obviously wasn't about the money.. but a matter of principle! Whether it was an $11 part, or an $1100 part, if you commit to getting one for a customer.. you really need to honor that commitment. After several contentious emails he relented and agreed to send me the part. It took a few weeks, and for some reason it didn't show up a couple times after it was supposedly mailed out, but I eventually got it. I also asked him about the front tire balance. He sent me a copy of an internal work order showing that it had (supposedly) been done as part of the certified pre-owned process, and told me I could drop it off to have the balance checked but I would be charged for any work that was done. He was adamant that the tires were not out of balance.. because his internal documents said so. Forget the pesky little detail.. that there was a vibration in the car. It must be ok since his paperwork said so. Maybe it was a figment of my imagination. I was tired of dealing with him, and quite frankly the bullsh*t and aggravation.. so I took the car to a local tire shop and had the front tires balanced. The problem (that Alex insisted I didn't have) was solved, the vibration was gone. $100 out of my pocket. I emailed that info to Alex, he said it was "terrific". Bottom line.. Alex / JM reneged on their agreement to replace a missing $11.00 part. For that and $100.00 worth of tire balancing (that Alex / JM insisted had been correctly done and therefore was unnecessary) this dealership lost my trust.. and my business. Well done Alex, very impressive!! Great reflection of JM! Alex and several other JM staff members told me multiple times about what great friends they were going to be. They'd definitely be keeping in touch, I'd be inundated with their calls and emails. Well that didn't happen either. I had to contact upper management and go through their finance people to get the info on extended warrantees that Alex was supposed to send me. And surprisingly enough, I never got the customer satisfaction survey either. Maybe if you don't send one to anyone that may have a had less than 5 star experience, you get more 5 star ratings?

Just bought my second SUV RX350 from JM Lexus, before I made the Decision, I did shop online and checked out with Lexus of N Miami, I realized the transaction and process is much more smooth with Dan Philips /JM Lexus, plus prices is also a bit cheaper, Dan did a great jobs assisted me the whole way

My new Camry so beautiful.

The most amazing dale Salesman , Max Bayard is top notch , he has everything ready , guide us through all the paperwork. Took care of everything to make it easy and hassle free., we drove out with our new car.. very very happy. Daniell front desk was wonderful with guide us to the right salesman.

Jacobo and Steven were great. The buying process was very smooth. Jacobo set up the agreements to the purchase just as we had verbally agreed to. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a vehicle. Very professional, well kept, and honest business. It is no coincidence that in an industry such as car sales, where it is so common that a dealership will have poor reviews, Monster Cars has such excellent and well deserved reviews. (Go ahead and search other car dealerships and you'll see that it's very common to find mediocre or poor ratings... so when you find a great one, like Monster Cars, best believe it's worth consideration to look through their car inventory when your car shopping.) Plus it's great to know you are contributing to an honest and independently own business! Thanks y'all, God bless.

Our interest in the car was obvious and they insisted we borrow the car to go out to lunch. The next day we negotiated (even though they insist that they don't negotiate); loved the purchase and the experience was excellent. And now, my wife and I are back to check out a car... a specific car that we found on their website; a 2025 GLA 230 that was a demo/loaner. We had already seen one at the Delray Mercedes Benz dealership but this one had about 2,000 less miles (everything else was generally the same). Our salesman was on the younger side; less experienced but nice and ambitious and hungry to close a deal. We talked about the cars features and took it for a test drive. Afterward we talked about the features and warranties; specifically us making sure it was being sold as "certified used" so that we get an extra year of warranty. At first it was not sure, then the salesman verified as "yes" after we said the Delray dealership was including the extra year. We went over price, and to be honest, it was too loose on the dealership side without real commitment. We finally agreed on a price and we were set to meet with finance department. After waiting almost an hour, I told the salesman we would come back tomorrow as it was getting late (about 8:30PM) and I didn't want to rush the paperwork (not to mention I still have to get dinner and wake up for work the next day at 4AM). The salesman insisted I speak with the sales manager and he was quite rude and pushy; but it was set for the next day. The next day was no better... the price was not what we agreed upon and they dropped the certified status on the car so no extended warranty. They wanted us to pay for it; claiming it was at cost and that they never agreed to make it certified the night before. We said we were not interested anymore and once again I got to speak with the sales manager with the ultra-rude attitude. The next day I got a call from the general manager who was apologetic and tried hard to wrap up a deal with us... can you believe his best price was higher than the deals they tried to push on us already.

I tried to give it a chance, but after this encounter, I can't say they are the best to go with. If you can, it's better to just buy the vehicle straight from the maker's dealership. Instead of the whole story, I will list the pros and my story for the cons. *Pros* Fast - In and out in a few hours Friendly(ish) - Majority of the staff was welcoming *Cons* TLDR - Chad sold me a van and failed to mention all of it's multi-thousand dollar issues beforehand (check engine light came on the 2nd day after being bought!), and for some reason falsely accused me of lying on several occasions, which I considered odd as I took time out of my week trying to help us BOTH out and there is literally no reason to lie! I just wanted good service and to go on about my day! Very disappointed in how service and communication was conducted at Expert Auto Group. Summarized story: I bought a sprinter van with Chad being the one to sell it to me. Did a thorough walk-around and noticed it was pretty banged up but could possibly be fixed. Noticed light coming in through the van, and asked about it and he said it shouldn't be an issue. Bought it, then it rained a few days later and flooded a portion of the van next to the electronics I had there and almost got me ELECTROCUTED since I was near it! Confronted Chad and he insist there was no leak even though there was water in the van during our walk through before I bought it, but I thought it was something else, but then it started to click. Eventually he offered to fix it and I shopped around for days trying to look for the best price so that it wouldn't hurt any of our pockets and it was hard to get someone who could work on a van that size, so he offered to have someone he knows fix it. Dropped my van off for 4 days thinking this body shop guy is fixing the huge dent and leak spot that I've been telling Chad I can't find anyone to fix. This guy "fixes" the leak with some weird, ugly, white paste in 2 spots that of course doesn't match my van AND all the dents are still on the vehicle!!! Then Chad tells me out of nowhere it's $300 out of pocket for me! No heads up or anything on my 2hr 30min drive over here saying that I was going to pay that much, and no pictures to show what was done! I asked why this terrible job was $300 and where was the receipt and he asked me why I need a receipt.. The guy "supposedly" charged him $800 for the sloppy work and I am just supposed to believe it without an invoice or any proof. Could have just been making that number up! If he would have given me an estimate beforehand, like I gave him the courtesy of trying to find a good one for him, I would have told him I'll just buy the materials and he can cover a portion of that. Would have saved me the long drive and multiple days without a van. Plus I would have gotten some of the dents out as well for way less. Then I told him I already had to pay for a lot of damages to the vehicle after I drove it off the lot. Things he failed to mention that were busted before I bought this thing, like broken seatbelt sensor which cost $338. Also, the 2 front broken tire pressure sensors, clogged DPF filter, faulty up & downstream NOX sensors which all in total would have equaled a few THOUSAND more dollars, but my local Mercedes with ACTUAL 5 star service looked out for me and made me feel like they were actively trying to save me money with suggestions and tips! I mentioned the damages to Chad and he didn't believe me and wanted proof, yet he could not provide the proof of the $800 "roof leak fix". Then he said I did some major wiring in the van that could have caused some damage which shocked me because I was trying to figure out what he was talking about since I DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT! Just a straight lie! Also told him that I was going to need extra money saved up to upgrade the suspension because after driving it on the highway, I learned how dangerous these big vans are to drive when affected by crosswind. I lost control almost 10 times and no exaggeration almost d!ed next to a semi on the way to the dealership, and his reaction to that was sucking his teeth and saying I was over reacting and lying about that. This is how I know he wasn't even familiar with sprinter vans, because that is a widely known issue with these vans, and I only found out after I bought it. Anyway, now I'm down $300 more and drove home feeling conned. If 5 stars is what they wanted, it should have been a stress free buying experience! This was my first vehicle purchase ever and it was an expensive lesson. A true shame because I really wanted to like Expert Auto Group, but too much strange activity happened during and after the purchase. I'm not even a hard guy to please to be honest. Just the bare minimum and some honesty and is all it takes to get 5 stars from me.
