From initial concept to completed project, JM Custom Iron Work, Jaun Morales and his crew, exceeded my expectations. I'm a demanding customer who knows what I want, and I never received any hesitancy from Jaun to bring to life my vision. JM Custom Iron Work was the only gate manufacturer that said they could provide the cast-iron ornamentation (standard 5-pointed stars) I wanted, or they would MAKE them if they weren't available. Jaun and his staff were flexible when the gates needed modification due to my requested changes and delivered the gates when promised, not a day later! Without a doubt - high quality materials and workmanship! Fit-and-finish is perfect, alignment is perfect. Welding was solid, dense, clean and slag-free. We chose not to paint the metal so it would allow the surface to naturally rust... and then coat it with a protective low-sheen finish. A great company to work with, focused on aesthetic AND function. Business-like approach to the project, communicative and responsive. Pricing was reasonable, above the 'middle' as compared to other firms bidding the project, but the attention to detail, professionality, communication, can-do spirit and final results for both gates, was well worth the above average price. You will not be disappointed!

Beyond Impressed!! Before You Read My Review: I am a client who has high expectations. I rarely write someone a review unless they deserve it. But when I hire a company/person that knocks my socks off and goes above and beyond, I make sure to write them reviews everywhere because they are worthy of it. LOW cost and extremely high custom screen doors. We hired Juan (Juan Custom Iron Works) to custom build 3 security screen doors for our home in Gilbert. Before I called JM Custom Iron Work, I had 2 other well known companies come out and give us quotes to custom build and install 3 security screen doors. These other companies were expensive. I originally had reservations about hiring a company that is not licenses/bonded. So before I gave them my 50% down payment, I did extensive online research. They have their LLC through the AZ Sectary of State, they have numerous online reviews from other very happy customers, and I was able to drive over to their shop and see their set up. My Experience With Juan: When I called Juan, he immediately responded to my text message. I sent him the pictures of the doors on our home and then sent him pictures of the types of custom screen doors we wanted. Juan is super fast to respond to text messages and phone calls. I love that! I love working with a business that understands that customers want answers and they wants answers NOW. Juan is professional, patient, a super nice dude, and takes his time to understand his customers wants and needs. Price: JM Custom Iron Work was the lowest costing. I had received several other quotes from other companies in the valley but all of them were beyond expensive. Juan came out the same day, measured our doors, and got me a quote within 24 hours. Juan and his team at JM Custom Iron Works did an amazing job fabricating and installing our RV and Pedestrian gates! They are gorgeous. Everything that Juan said he would do, he did. He came out to our house multiple times... consulting with us, measuring, validating our support posts, etc. He sent us several gate style and powder coating color options so that we could have several to review with our HOA. He never once pressured us (unlike others who came out.) The bottom line is that his work was impeccable, his installation was precise, and his price was very reasonable, and actually half of the quote from one competitor.

If you're looking for new security doors, you will be highly-satisfied working with Juan to build and install your dream doors. We hired Juan to make 2 custom security doors for us to replace ones that were over 20 years old. He patiently worked with us to document all the specification needs we had for each door; one door leads to our backyard with a pool which required having the handle higher than usual and installing a pneumatic closer. When he followed-up with a price on the doors we were shocked (in the best way possible) - his pricing for custom doors and installation was thousands of dollars less than competitors offering custom or pre-designed security doors. During the installation, Juan and his brother made sure to adjust for the uneven openings & sagging door sills on our home so everything is water-tight and secure. The doors are now installed and absolutely gorgeous!
