On 8/22, I called for an update and was told they hadn't heard from my warranty company, SilverRock. Instead of following up themselves, I had to call SilverRock, gather the issue IDs, and give them directly to the body shop. On 8/22, they promised my car would be ready by 8/28-8/29. On 8/28, when I called, they pushed the date back to 9/4-9/5. On 9/3, they moved it again to 9/8-9/9. On 9/9, I was told the license plate holder needed to be replaced and that I should just buy one myself. On 9/10, they said it would take another 3-5 business days for SilverRock to cut them a check. At this point, it's been nearly four weeks, and I still don't have my car. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication and initiative. They only called me proactively once during this entire process--I had to contact them every other time. Their business process is ineffective, and customer service is essentially non-existent. As for the quality of their work--I can't even comment because I still don't have my car. Based on this experience, I'd rate them 0 out of 10 for service and accountability.
