I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a window tint installation, and within a day I noticed multiple issues. Several areas of the tint were already peeling, there were bubbles throughout the film, and there was hair and other debris trapped underneath the tint. This was not the quality of work I expected from a professional installer. Before leaving my car, I specifically explained that the rear hatch handle was brittle and demonstrated how to open it properly. When I picked up my vehicle, the handle had been broken. When I returned to discuss the damage and the failing tint, the owner refused to acknowledge either issue. Instead of addressing the poor workmanship or taking responsibility for the damaged handle, he offered only a refund if the tint was removed. After discussing it further, I was able to receive a refund while keeping the tint in place, but there was still no acknowledgment of the damage to my vehicle or the quality of the installation. I appreciate receiving my money back, but I would have preferred a professionally installed product and accountability for the damage done to my car. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with another vehicle.

Update: This is amazing. At 45 years old I find myself in my first online back and forth. I guess I have to add my two cents here since integrity is important to me. The entire interaction from the time I parked, my interaction with their employee and moving the SUV was 30 seconds or less. Not this extended timeline in their post. At no time was i upset about having to move my SUV, I was upset and disappointed in how I was treated. I'll agree I missed all the signs and large door out of excitement to talk with them about potentially getting a new toy for the SUV. Just a simple upgrade to the radio, it's a bit outdated. Getting a beer was the second stop. Once I relocated my SUV I did sit down for a beer. Wrote my original post and looked for options to complete the original task I set out to accomplish.

I decided it was time to enjoy some really quality sounds while I put that next 200k on the girl. I wanted the look to be stock but the music to be exceptional. Art replaced the original 6 speakers with German top of the line plus manufactured their mountings. He installed the sub woofer in a custom made box and fitted that under the rear seat. He selected and tuned an amplifier to bring the best sounds possible. Art asked for some examples of the music I like and tuned the system to bring out those best sounds.
