As a supplement to the above review I add the following. After arriving home I retrieve the price quote for my trailer provided by TrailersPlus. I was shocked to discover that they raised the price of the trailer $250 over the amount quoted. Additionally they had agreed to take an additional $100.00 off the price of the trailer because I was not taking a spare and failed to do so. They are engaged in fraudulent business practices in my opinion and should be avoided

I had contacted the State to see what options I had due to the fact that i had not heard from him in a timely manner. They initiated an investigation. I am not in Colorado, but our trailer IS and we were headed to the beautiful middle of nowhere (aahhh). So I needed to coordinate with The Spring Works for the proper timing of our appointment and the correct parts since we only had one day to get this done. I must have called Brian five or six times (or more) just being nervous about things going smoothly. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that it would be done right. And when I got there, smooth as silk, the job was done in maybe an hour and a half and we were on our way. Vacation saved. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks again, Brian and crew!

We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.
