JLC Concrete did an incredible job on our very long driveway, patio, and pool deck. I was amazed by how fast and efficient their team worked! The staff was friendly, professional, and walked us through the entire process. They made sure to ask questions anytime the plans weren't clear so we got exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

There so called patch work 5 days after.

We hired Premier Pools for our pool, and the hardscape was done by JLC. The concrete job was extremely poor. The photos we provided were taken five days after completion, and the patchwork they attempted afterward made it look even worse. They refused to refund, compensate, or fix the issues, repeatedly saying 'concrete cracks.' The owner wouldn't even speak to us over the phone, only replying via text, and the responses were rude. Their foreman, Josh, was incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all and will continue to fight until these issues are properly addressed. Either fix this correctly, or refund us so we can hire a more reliable company that values customer service and quality work. Remember, quality over quantity--don't choose companies that just rush through projects.

This is what the whole patio looks like

Terrible experience, Botched our patio!! tried to stone it as a fix for a color stamped finish, are you kidding!! Tilted drain with a puddle right in front of it! Super rough finish, and blotchy color. Deck has spot that flow TO the pool not away!! big dip in the concrete in the back and the coping started cracking almost immediately!! Joints too far apart. Lots of pictures, we're organizing them to post here next. And the topper is they PEE in your yard!! Lots of promises in the beginning, now don't want to step up and make it RIGHT!! Josh called it "Industry Standard", We were promised "Second to none"! MAJOR DIFFERENCE!!

Perfect job on our pool patio today!!! So happy with the work and fast service. They brought a crew of 10 and knocked it out fast. Pricey but worth it for a great finish and quick work. Definitely recommend.

Mike and his crew are fast, friendly and professional. They started around 5:30am (I know early) but we're done by 12/1pm. It's beautiful and we LOVE the colour. I highly recommend this company.

This more like a 3.5 but we are not given that option…read more The floors themselves turned out beautifully overall, and the staining/refinishing work dramatically improved the appearance of our home. Overall cost was $11,400 for approximately 1500 sq ft. That said, there were few issues with the overall experience. There are multiple rough spots remaining underneath cabinet edges that feel sandpaper-like to the touch, approximately 1-2 inch in size. In addition, ALL of the baseboards throughout the project have 1-2 millimeters shaved off the bottom edge from the sanding process. We admittedly did not ask detailed questions beforehand about how the baseboards would be protected or whether they would be removed during sanding, and simply assumed they would not be affected. Another concern was that the project finished two days ahead of schedule, yet there was no adjustment in cost despite us paying for hotel accommodations based on the original timeline provided. Most concerning, however, has been the repeated inability to obtain a receipt or invoice for payment despite multiple requests. Because payment was made in cash, receiving proper documentation becomes even more important. Regardless of the quality of the flooring work itself, providing customers with receipts and clear records of payment should be standard professional practice, particularly when payment is made in cash. Repeatedly declining to provide documentation after multiple requests begins to feel less professional and more questionable over time. My recommendation to future customers would be to ask very detailed questions before agreeing to the bid. Here are a few: 1) How will the baseboards be affected? Will they be removed? If not, what might be the effect? 2) Can I get an itemized written breakdown of labor and material costs, projected work hours and timeline expectations. (For example, during the original walkthrough, we were told that a sink and toilet in a side bathroom would need to be removed for the work to be completed. That ultimately did not happen, which left us wondering whether that labor was still included in the original quoted price). 3) MOST IMPORTANT: Will I be provided a receipts/invoices upon payment. NOTE: This vendor only takes cash. Overall, the floors look very good, but the communication, finishing details, and lack of payment documentation significantly impacted our experience.

I got about three different bids, and even though Joe's wasn't the cheapest, we chose him because from the very first conversation, it was clear he knew what he was doing. Total pro. He walked me through the entire process, explained the costs, and talked about the high-quality materials he uses. It gave me a lot of confidence that we were in good hands--and we totally were. Our floors turned out even better than I imagined! Joe finished the job exactly when he said he would, there was barely any dust, and now everyone who walks into our house compliments the floors. I honestly couldn't be happier. Joe is a true professional, super easy to work with, and his work is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Recently, however, I noticed a slight upward buckling in the form of a 'ridge' that ran the length of the room so I called S&G to inquire about having the carpet re-stretched. Within just a few days, an appointment was scheduled, and S&G Customer Service Manager Tim Pettit arrived on February 3, 2026, to evaluate the condition and offer a recommendation. Tim arrived precisely on time and my wife and I took an immediate liking to his highly personable nature. Tim conducted a comprehensive examination of the carpet and concurred that re-stretching was in order. Additionally, he set in motion the process for two pieces of relatively heavy/bulky furniture (a large sofa and a large desk) to be removed from and returned to the room once the procedure was complete (for a very reasonable fee). Tim Pettit left a great impression on both of us and proved to be a friendly, knowledgeable, considerate, intuitive, professional with excellent communicative skills and great humor. Tim is a fine ambassador for S&G Carpet and More, and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. Chris & Charlotte P.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.
