I wanted my hubby's business logo on one side and his and his employee's names/initials on the other (I bought the Yeti's myself and brought them in to be etched). I am super happy with the end product and everyone I have corresponded with here has been very nice. My beef is the poor communication. I"m guessing this is a new and upcoming business? And I understand they were very busy around the holidays, but I would estimate 8 times out of ten that I called them I got a voicemail, left a message and did not get a prompt reply.This place is located in Dripping Springs, so, not so easy just to drive out there to talk to someone. Also, not easy to drive all the way out there to see if your product is ready on Dec 23rd when they won't respond to your messages and confirm that it is indeed done and ready. They didn't inspire a lot of confidence again with the email system. After several attempts at sending them the proper size of biz logo for the etching (it took the 3rd attempt for them to be specific with the file size needed), they sent me a proof that I immediately ok'ed and they responded with a "great, we'll get your order started!". Almost TWO WEEKS later I get an email asking if I'd looked at the proof they'd sent and could I OK it? Uh.....and this on the day they estimated my Yeti's to be done, not just getting started. Like I said, I know it's the holidaze and I really do love the end product, but the process was fairly stressful. I just think they need to work out those kinks and they'd be great!

I called to find out if there was something or someway to fix or redo the tumbler and they said I should've asked for a proof. They only offer two options for monogram one looks like a man's style and one looks like a woman's which is fancier. The sample they show on the website is easy to decipher what letter they are. Who would've thought a proof would be needed when choosing three initials. I understand if I had a logo or artwork, but for three initials seemed unnecessary. Most websites show you an example of what your monogram would look like - there's doesn't. Now I'm stuck with a ridiculous looking yeti that I'm supposed to give as a gift. The company offered no resolution whatsoever!

First and foremost, let it be known, that we have a custom rock in our front yard to demo our house divisiveness between LSU and Texas A&M, so I am familiar with the potential expense associated with one that is custom. Anyway, I reached out to Gruene Rock Art, and my husband and I both felt, their response was unnecessary. I can understand your concern for not wanting to put effort into an idea, and then for someone to cancel due to cost. However, we have no children, and being that our animals live better lives than most people, you have no idea what I am capable of spending on my cat. Especially, considering that she passed away, and I want to make something so our little family always remembers her. May I suggest, just simply saying, seems like a lot of work, but let's see what we can do, happy to help! The representatives are super professional and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for, while the store's layout makes it easy to see everything quickly at a glance. It's fairly easy to find whatever you're in store for, and they have a couple of representatives stationed throughout the store to offer assistance. My most recent visit was for a few of their Fiesta medals. I'd never purchased any from them before but they were just as pretty as the trophies I'd previously picked up. In addition to the medal I'd chosen from their display area, I was lucky enough to grab one of their mystery grab bags which contained 10 medals from previous years before another customer came in less than five minutes after me and bought everything else on the table. While that kind of scalper behavior has always disgusted me, I'm honestly surprised Monarch didn't have a limit per customer on the bags. If they hadn't advertised they'd done a 'restock by popular demand' I would have thought that they just really wanted to get rid of those older medals, but I'm sure there were people who missed out because of that guy's greed. Maybe implement that limit next year, Monarch? I won't be surprised if I return for trophies, Fiesta medals, and possibly more products in the future. They're worth looking into for customizations, awards, graduation needs, and more!

DE was recommended by a friend so I went with my own shirts to be embroidered with our company…read morelogo. Being a small company ourselves I go to small businesses when I can. We discussed the logo, and its placement. I asked for 2 patches in addition to the embroidery on the shirts. I made it clear I wanted them to sew on Jackets we had at home. I was a little surprised I was not charged a set up fee for the digitizing. I requested a proof and never received one, just a phone call 2 weeks later that my order was ready. When I arrived they handed me a bag with my shirts. I opened the shirts up and our company name was incomplete. "Why didn't you put our entire name on"?" I asked. I was told the print was too little and wouldn't be legible. I asked why I wasn't I called or sent a proof so an adjustment could be made. I was told I didn't ask for one. Whether I asked or not when they realized they could not do as I requested they should have stopped. Instead, they made a decision they had no right to make. The 2 patches I ordered were also incomplete and were sewn directly on 2 of the shirts which I never asked to be down. Luckily they were sewn on so sloppily I was able to remove them with no damage to the shirts. I started to argue but I could tell by her attitude she was not going to do anything to remedy the error. I made it very clear I wasn't happy and they obviously didn't care. Unprofessional with no customer service. I paid and left.
