I'd installed a sapphire crystal on the watch -- it normally uses an acrylic one -- but it interfered with the watch movement and my ability to secure the movement to the case. I couldn't figure out why so I brought the watch to Mr. Simon. Experience counts. He found the issue, rectified it and when I received the watch back, not only did it "run like a swiss watch", but cosmetically it appeared cleaner. Mr. Simon defines the word professional and hands down, I would trust him with ANY make or model of precision timepiece. His pricing is also more than fair. They are able to create a render along with a 3D wax figure to make damn sure the ring you want is the ring that you get. Moses and his team were with me along the process. They even overnight shipped the ring to California and delivered on time! Moses himself had promised alterations if the ring was not "perfect" and delivered that promise.
