They advertise many different brands of quality jewelry and watches from Rolex, Tudor, IWC, and Patel Philippe. Unfortunately, every time I have gone in the store, I felt extremely judged because of my casual clothing and in a few cases were never even addressed by the staff. Additionally, I have engaged a certain salesperson regarding purchasing a specific watch and was told there was no availability and no waitlist, only for my good friend to go in a few days later wearing a Rolex and be told by the same salesperson that they can get him the same watch in no more than six months. Unfortunately for them, I was ready to purchase multiple pieces of jewelry and took my business next store to Tiffany's to make a large purchase, Cartier for another large purchase, and a different Rolex AD to get the watch I was looking for. Today I brought in several bags to this location and they were not taken in due them being vintage. I questioned the rationale as all of mine are in resell condition and was advised the manager is "picky". I also questioned why an altered Louis Vuitton bag was in sale in the case when the value is highly deminshed on altered bags and could get no answer. I am now at the Perrin Beitel location an they are approving the loan for every one of my bags in an amount over 1k. It's clear they are lacking in knowledge of these items and It seems odd that store to store is inconsistent in their practices. I won't come to this location further.
