    First of all the service was amazing! My SA (Sells Associate) was very helpful helping me find the perfect first Tiffany's bracelet and helping me get it resized! Not to mention the staff also helping us while my SA was helping another client they gave us some cute Tiffany's chocolates! Can't wait to receive my bracelet!! :)

    Very disappointed, I am a returning customer here and typically the Tiffany employees are average on hospitality. But today was disgraceful, first off Andrew, who previously helped out my fiancé when she was getting me a birthday gift. Was just as worse as the first time she encountered him. He neglected us once we first asked for help then completely dismissed us again. We waiting for 10 minutes before being helped out by A. Cabrera(the gentleman never introduced himself) and all I wanted was two scents for my mother and grandmother for the holiday. He was the most disappointing consultant, I asked him to package it up nicely like they always do, Tiffany blue box with white bow tie. However when the package came to my hand it was in a white bag you can grab from cvs and a blue Tiffany bag for I myself to package. Yes I am not getting the most expensive thing Tiffany has to offer but it's all I can afford and this experience was very distasteful and they typically our when I come to this store but at least I get nice packaging and not a white bag. This visit felt very classist. I'm sure Tiffany has another review checker that actually hits the stores number rather than this Yelp review but whoever the regional is should be very disappointed, just as I have been

    Complete trash! Don't don't waste your money on this jewelry. My husband came home with it for my anniversary, I've used it maybe a handful of times and this is what it looks like after 1 year.

    There really is no better high end shopping experience than at Tiffany. You get treated incredibly well, no matter how you are dressed or what handbag you are carrying. Seriously, it's a really wonderful place to shop if you are in the market for some beautiful jewelry. I don't think anything sparkles quite like Tiffany jewelry. The charms are imaginative and adorable. A few years ago the charms were cheaper but they've all increased slightly in price. Still, very worthwhile if you want to commemorate a special moment. They can do machine engraving in the store but for something special that requires hand engraving they will send it off to New York. It takes about 2 weeks for it to come back. The store will also clean your jewelry for free up to one year from the purchase date and then it's $10 after. Their silver cloth and polish are really great to have and fairly inexpensive. You can make your own silver polish but I'd rather not mess up. They will also replace watch batteries and so forth. They even offered to replace a battery from a watch I didn't even purchase at Tiffany. So sweet. Also if you lose an earring then they will offer a replacement at 50% off. How great is that? The customer service is hands down one of the best. The sales people are incredibly friendly and never pushy. They offer suggestions and never hesitate to take out all the things from the display cases for you to try on. They also package everything really well. One of the sales people told me the first thing they learn is the bow tie on their signature Tiffany blue boxes. If you're looking for something special and want to be treated well, this is where you need to go.

    Not TOO sure as to how i should start this so I'm just going to jump in and start from day one. My boyfriend and I went in maybe 3-4 weeks ago to look at engagement rings,very excited and eager to work with Tiffany. We've trusted this brand for many years and have purchased 2 other items from this location before with absolutely no issues. On June 28th my boyfriend made his first payment on the ring he had chosen for me (mind you he payed a little over 2,000 and his total was 3,100) they then processed his card and told him they accidentally took all the funds off of his card leaving him with nothing "by accident". After figuring out how to refund his money they said they would take his remaining balance (which they said was only 500) out before refunding whatever else he had that they accidentally had taken. The ring details were then sent out on July 2nd to be made and done in 2 weeks. He received a letter in the mail saying it was ready for pick up and he went in store to pick it up on July 16th. When he arrived he made sure he didn't have any remaining balances and they cleared him saying everything was ready to go and handed him the box with the ring. July 17th he got a call asking him to return it and that he'll receive a full refund because he had a "remaining balance". He went in with the ring to see what was going on and they told him he owed a little over 1,700. They then took the ring from him and tried offering him all this free stuff to try and get him to pay. When at first they said he had only owed the 500,that they would take the 500 out,AND that he was clear and ready to go the previous day. They told him a refund was not possible and that he had to pay them. His father and his bank (USAA) then got involved and they ended up giving him a full refund. I'm very disappointed in the company,being that that is not what i thought they stood for and we heavily trusted them. This also was not just a bracelet or a little charm. This was an engagement ring. Something that should've been taken a lot more seriously. The company lied to us and left us with a horrible taste in our mouths. My boyfriend planned a trip for us,had everything planned out as to how he was going to propose and now everything is gone and horribly ruined. Time is also not something we have right now because he is leaving to the Air Force soon. We had planned on getting engaged before his ship out date. They also did not seem to have much sympathy and treated the situation like it was not of importance. I don't know if any of it had to do with the fact that my boyfriend and I are only 20 and that they thought they could trick us but either way none of this is acceptable and things should've went right from the very beginning. I took it home, and looked at it. Does that de-value the ring? I should have kept it? NOT A SINGLE DISCOUNT. Not willing to work with me at all, besides ALL THE MONEY they wanted. For their 2 mistakes. 1 they took all the money out. 2 THEY GAVE ME THE RING TO TAKE HOME, and was told to give it back?! Awilda- Store Director money was taken. Chelsea- Tried to pull a fast one returning the ring for no refund. Guy- who gave me the ring, who said I owed nothing and was good to go. And gave me the ring to take Home in the first place.

I saw the reviews here and went in. I was quoted a price over the phone that was 1/4 of the lowest price ! Low and Behold the gentlemen fix it at the price quoted and taught me things on my watch I never knew existed ! With over a a half century in this business and the ethics to boot. I met Moses himself at the first visit to the store and got the rundown on his history running the jewelry store. That along with the 3 points above made me feel like I made the right decision. They are able to create a render along with a 3D wax figure to make damn sure the ring you want is the ring that you get. Moses and his team were with me along the process. They even overnight shipped the ring to California and delivered on time! Moses himself had promised alterations if the ring was not "perfect" and delivered that promise. My fiancé loves the ring and can't stop cheese'n every time she gazes her eyes on the ring. It's a unique design and I didn't want to give her one off the shelf because she means so much more to me. I want to thank Moses and his team for helping me create and design the ring. I knew my gf wanted a ruby so the fact that Moses had a lineup to choose from made the process much easier vs. getting screenshots of a stone thousands of miles away. I could physically hold and see the stone which was a difference maker. Ended up picking a Celtic design and trusted Moses to use his years of experience to craft a work of art.
